We had an amazing stay! This house is truly set up for families. The private pool was immaculate and the game room was a huge hit — we spent every evening in there. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and the location is ideal, just minutes to Lake Osoyoos for swimming and boating during the day. Communication with the owner was easy and check-in/out was a breeze. We left already talking about rebooking next summer. Highly recommend!

Our family has rented homes for over 20 years all over the PNW. We always look for space, a pool and now a place for all 5 grandkids. This place exceeded our expectations. The bunk room was a favorite spot for all the kids! The two kitchens were exactly what we needed as well.The view was amazing despite the fires in our state. Some of us went golfing in Canada and it was so quick and easy to do so.Out of all our homes we have rented this is in my top two.I hope to return soon

Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed our group stay. This house is has beautiful view and amenities. Kids really enjoyed the game room. We played bocce ball game. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful time in Oroville at Amber’s wonderful home; the property was beautiful and the sunset over the lake finished the picture. Throughout the visit Amber was responsive and helpful and we hope to be able to stay with her again.

Oroville holiday

Wonderful family vacation home. The kids loved the video game room, ping pong and pool. Kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes, utensils, pots and pans you could need.

Such a great getaway!!

We stayed at this property for a week and had such a great time. Us adults enjoyed hanging out in the top deck and enjoying the view. The kids LOVED the pool and the game room. All beds were super comfy and the kids thought the bunk room was so cool. Highly recommend!! Owners were so kind and attentive to our questions both before and during our stay.

Awesome place with great views and plenty of activities for fun. There isn't much to do in the town but we didn't feel the need to leave the property. This gives a resort feeling with pool, game room, huge yard, multiple areas to sit and enjoy conversations, various ways to cook food etc.With family and friends, we enjoyed our time there. Perfect Family Vacation!We had a group ranging in age from 21 to 81 years old looking for a relaxing vacation time, and this property was exceptional!Just a short drive across the border (less than 10 minute wait) and outside of Oroville, we hardly left the house all week - with the pool, games room, huge deck and yard and sun room/pizza oven, we did not run out of things to do. The house is very well equipped (with two kitchens), and had everything we needed.Although there is an "airport" behind the house, there were no more than 2 takeoffs per day. We did walk the Similkameen trail to the Enloe Dam one morning, and another day went to Oliver, BC for some wine tastings. Our group felt like we had more than enough room, with all the adult kids sharing the queen size bunk room, and ability to spread out over two floors.Communication with the owner was very easy, Amber was very responsive to all of my questions to help me plan our vacation. The sunsets every night were spectacular, and the area very quiet. We would love to return in the future!

Excellent Stay!!

Both adults and kids had lot of fun at Oroville House. An excellent property with lake views. Kids spent most of their time in outdoor pool and the gaming room; and so did the adults. Bocce ball and game of croquet was liked and played by all. Although we did quite some cooking but it was fun especially the wood fired pizzas. It was our first time and probably the last time as well cooking in a wood fired oven. ;) One night we went for star gazing like a Mile away from the house. And that was so awesome. Clear skies and no moon. Milky Way seen clearly. So many constellations visible clearly. Satellites moving around and then came the best part: a shooting star. So cool. We all just enjoyed at house. Went no where outside except for star gazing. That says how comfortable we were at the house. Thanks Amber and Cody for hosting us!!

Had a GREAT weekend with our adult children dog at the Oro Hill House! Lots of gathering spaces inside and out so it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other, but could also be together. The upstairs deck and downstairs sunroom were our clear favorite areas. Wood-fired pizza oven was a hit on Saturday night. Weather was a bit chilly for the pool, but we totally would have used it more if it was warmer. Tons of parking space with room to turn-around. Clean and tons of natural light. Plenty of seating. We didn’t think we would use BOTH kitchens, but that turned out to be very wrong. It was great having two fridges and two completely different areas. Views from this home are fabulous and we just relaxed and spent quality time with family—exactly our goal! Book it! You won’t be disappointed!
