Immerse yourself in a tiki themed condo known as "The Kondo Tiki". Not only is the condo full of surprises but it's one of the few tiki vacation rentals that's actually waterfront. Great Sunsets, cool laid-back vibe at this hidden gem on Tampa Bay. It's not part of the tourist machine, but close to everything in the area. The condo is very busy, great decor, we enjoyed our visit and definitely will be back. The resort has everything you need, pool, exercise facilities and the bamboo tiki bar has great food. You can stay here and never leave. Great views of the bay, One of our favorite place to stay while in Tampa. Chris is awesome any time you need anything he is very attentive very quick to respond.

Such am amazing little getaway that's right on the water yet off the beaten path enough to feel like we really escaped for the weekend! The decor was and overall amazing place.

The host was super friendly, prompt, and very accommodating. The place was even better than the photos and such a cool vibe! The views were also beautiful by the bay. Would recommend for a romantic couple trip!

Excellent stay at Condo Tiki! Clean room excellent host! Chris was an excellent host! Balcony was 10/10! Balcony was perfect! Over looking the water with osprey birds fishing right out in front of our view of the bay! Chris was always available and a perfect host! The condo was amazing and decorated with the best tiki’s and you felt like you were walking through a tropical paradise and a parrot who talked to you saying “hello” how are you doing? And many phrases! Music was incredible coming from radios that made us feel like we were in Hawaii or Tahiti back when Elvis Presley made the movie Blue Hawaii! I was there when the movie was being made around 1960-63( my father and family lived in Hawaii during that time that he was in the military and we were able to live near the beach on Oahu/ Honolulu! The restaurant on site(the Big Bamboo Bayside) was excellent with friendly staff. This stay was definitely a 10/10 stay with a perfect exciting room and view and a safe and friendly resort with a guarded gate as well as a store with things you might have forgotten to bring. Thank you Chris for your kind hosting and great bar & grille. We would recommend this condo/adventure to any fun loving couple or small family!

Wonderful place to stay! Excellent communication from the host before arrival. Very clean and every detail is well thought out. The pictures of the condo are very cute, but they do not do it justice-- every inch of the place is tiki-themed and fun. Great view of the water from the balcony. Our family of 4 had an amazing time here!

Great rental on short notice

I was able to book this cute, quaint unit with just 24 hours notice and received early check-in as well! Chris was very communicative and provided lots of details via videos about the property and check-in process. It was a delightful stay.

The Tiki condo is amazing so much fun and really cool stuff inside. Don't wanna give to much away. Clean and great view of pool and bay from balcony. Big Bamboo poolside restaurant and bar had great food. Will definitely be staying here again. Chris is great as well. Very intuitive and on point with all condo info.

This adorable condo made you feel like you were on a beach in the tropics. The website doesn't do it justice. Great balcony view. Its definitely a whole vacation vibe!

Amazing!!!

We absolutely enjoyed this place!! The decor was a described. Stunning is all I can say. We felt like we were in our own Tiki hut!!! Chris was an excellent host and he was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We love this property!!! A great place with an excellent view of the ocean and pool ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone try this place. Thank you Chris !

This has to be the best stay we have ever booked. From the moment I walked into this location, the designs, attention to detail, and whole experience was amazing. Owner really put in a lot of work to make this place special and make the experience of the guest special and worthwhile! Whole place was clean and tidy, and owner provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for those who forgot it. The Chief and other knickknacks was also a nice plus.Check in process was efficient and smooth as owner communicated to us prior to trip to ensure that we knew the rules and also assist us if we needed anything.All in all, the actual resort was really nice. Small beach, really cool bar that we were able to check out during our stay, and awesome security to ensure everyone was safe.I would say this location is great for people who love an experience stay. I will be talking about this place for years to come and will 100% recommend this place for people who are looking for a unique, artistic, and private place to stay that is special.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this cute Tiki Condo the second we saw it on here but as soon as we stepped inside we fell in love!! It was our first time in Florida and this only made it better! The place was so cute and thought out, Chris put so much time and love into decorating this beautiful mini home, we really dreaded having to leave! Not to mention he really thought of everything when it comes to things we would need while staying there. All you’ll need is your own personal belongings, food and he’s got EVERYTHING else covered! The food down at the little bar/restaurant was pretty good, they serve alcohol and the service was excellent and super friendly staff! The pool was heated pretty toasty, sadly we completely missed the hot tub this stay but we’re determined to find it when we come back! The people at the little 24 hrs store are pretty friendly as well as the security guard who was there one of our nights. Overall the only complain we have about this place is that we wished we could have stayed forever in the cute Tiki Condo! I have been raving about it already to a few couples that I know as a suggestion to stay just so they can get the experience too! I promise it’s not something to look away from, book it now! ❤️💛💚♥️
