We’re a Georgia-based family with a passion for real estate, travel and creating comfortable places where families and friends can make lasting memories. Our journey in real estate began in 2004 with long-term residential properties, and in 2017 we entered the short-term rental market with our first vacation property in Panama City Beach.

Along the way, we created JuBelas Rentals, a family-owned vacation rental company named after our two daughters, Julia and Isabela. Both are now students at the University of Georgia, so you may hear plenty of “Go Dawgs” in our family—although Stephen remains a loyal Alabama fan and will always say “Roll Tide,” while Monica may occasionally add a “Go Noles.”

Since that first beach property, we’ve expanded JuBelas Rentals to include vacation homes in Blue Ridge and Helen. From the beach to the North Georgia mountains, we take pride in providing clean, comfortable and well-maintained homes with the kind of experience we would want when traveling ourselves. We hope our guests enjoy these special places as much as our family does.

The middle floor includes a Queen bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area and access to both decks.

🌄 Front Deck
Enjoy Mount Yonah, the surrounding mountainside and seasonal downtown Helen views. During scheduled events, guests may also see hot-air balloons and fireworks.

♨️ Back Deck & Fenced Yard
The back deck opens to a fenced backyard with a large private hot tub, outdoor firepit and Weber grill.

The third floor offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Cabin-style King bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet and French doors to the deck. The private bathroom has a Jacuzzi garden tub and separate walk-in shower.

ACCESS & PARKING
🚗 DRIVEWAY & PARKING

The large private parking area accommodates approximately 4–5 vehicles, depending on their size.

The driveway begins with an incline of approximately 20 feet before leveling out. Short driveway inclines are common throughout Helen. Guests should enter and exit slowly, particularly during wet or icy conditions.

🌲 QUIET HELEN LOCATION

The townhome is located within Helen’s city limits and close to downtown attractions, while being tucked far enough away to enjoy the quieter surroundings of nature.

📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT

Guests must complete a separate JuBelas Rentals rental agreement before arrival.

🐾 PET POLICY

One approved dog is permitted and must be disclosed before arrival and pet fee paid for in advance. More than one dog requires advance approval and may incur an additional fee.

🌙 NEIGHBORS & QUIET HOURS

Full-time residents live nearby. Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise at a respectful level both indoors and outside, especially after 9:00 p.m.

Parties, events and unapproved gatherings are not permitted.

🪵 STORED FIREWOOD

Firewood stored beneath the front stairs is not for guests use. Please do not remove it.

🚭 NO SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

🐻 MOUNTAIN WILDLIFE

Black bears and other wildlife have become increasingly common throughout Helen. Never feed or approach wildlife, keep food and trash properly secured, and always observe animals from a safe distance.
