Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the home and its location. We do want to clarify the circumstances regarding the golf cart. Prior to your arrival, we communicated that the home's golf cart was temporarily being serviced and that we had arranged a replacement cart for your use, with drop off scheduled for Tuesday as the LSV that comes with the home was coming back. That timeline and the return instructions were communicated throughout your stay. Unfortunately, the replacement cart we rented out was not returned by the guest as scheduled and remained in your possession for several days beyond the agreed return time. Because that cart had already been reserved for another guest, this impacted their reservation as well. In addition, we did have the original cart brought back per our communication and having two LSVs on property was not permitted under the Watercolor HOA community rules and the signed rental agreement. As a result of those circumstances, charges were assessed by the rental provider, and our company also incurred penalties. We understand that unexpected situations can be frustrating, which is why we worked proactively to ensure you had transportation while the home's golf cart was being serviced. We believe it's important for future guests to understand that the charges referenced in this review were not the result of a promised refund that was withheld, but rather were related to the replacement cart not being returned in accordance with the communicated schedule and the terms of the signed agreement. This home has recently welcomed new homeowners who have just completed a half-million-dollar renovation, and we're thrilled to share that everything has been updated to the highest standards. The outdoor grill area is now fully restored and upgraded, and the upstairs game room has been thoughtfully reimagined as a spacious media and lounge area to better suit a wider variety of guest needs. While some features have changed, everything in the home has been carefully curated to ensure comfort, style, and function. Hi Katherine, we are so glad you loved the home and had such a great vacation! Unfortunately the pool alarms are a law in Florida for the protection of young children against drowning and cannot be removed/tampered with at any home with a pool. We look forward to accommodating you in the future!

I first off want to apologize for the bed dimension issue and I was happy that we were able to remedy the situation. In regards to the internet, unfortunately we have no control over the service provider and any disruptions due to construction or other enhancements they are making to their systems to support the growth on 30A. We have contacted the internet company and ensured the system is running properly. We truly value your feedback and we're glad to hear you had a good stay!
