The cabin’s beauty was greater than imagined. Parking was easy. We loved the deck, the hot tub, and the theatre room! Perfect location. We want to come back to this specific place every year!

The cabin was just as pictured, clean, lovely and we had the best time.

Loved the location. It was secluded but not TOO secluded. There were 3 of us so we each had our own bedroom with our own bath. Furniture and beds were very comfortable and the whole place was very clean and well maintained.

This cabin was perfect for a winter getaway. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. The house was clean and spacious. The whole weekend was cozy and relaxing. There are no trails within walking distance, but we didn't plan to be outdoors much so it was perfect.

Great place, great location, as advertised, would stay there again.

Location was perfect, having the hot tub and fireplace under a deep porch meant we could still use them on rainy days, the driveway wasn't steep or scary like some we saw.

Our family get a way

Great cabin to stay in , very clean, and great location. Would definitely stay again highly recommended. The beds were comfortable, had everything you would need in the kitchen, and the hot tub was fantastic.

Great location for hocking hills

The cabin had almost everything we needed! Would have been nice to have more wine glasses and a gas grill. The back porch/deck was amazing! We had breakfast and dinner there!

Enjoyable weekend

We enjoyed all the amenities of the cabin. The hot tub was warm and inviting. The outdoor fireplace on the wrap porch was really nice in the evening. We played a few rounds of pool. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was really nice for privacy and comfort. Close proximity to Logan landmarks.

We loved everything about the cabin. Peaceful and not too far from Logan. It was really close to Old Man Cave . Would stay here again.

The cabin was great! A group of us went and we all enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of amenities and everything listed was provided. The cabin was clean, well taken care of. The hot tub was wonderful and it was nice that daily cleaning chemicals were provided after each use. Also, when we arrived, there was ice on the walkway, so we reached out to the host requesting some salt. Literally, within 5-10 minutes, maintenance came and sprinkled the ice with salt and left the bag there, in case we needed it again. The only MINOR complaint our guests had, was the upstairs bedroom was a little cold. Again, not a big deal. The bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely return to this cabin again!

Beautiful Cabin

This cabin was a great place to spend time with the family. It is absolutely beautiful and perfect for 8 adults. The movie theater was a fun time during the rain and the porches and fire pit were a great place to enjoy some down time and stories.

Great location and cabin.

This was close to the hiking locations. We had rainy weather but the hot tub and fireplace were which meant we could still use them in the rain. It was clean. The number of bathrooms was helpful and having the movie room and pool table was good too since the weather ended up bad.

Cabin was beautiful, but leasing comp employee (serenity) was very rude and minimized mice issue indicating mice are everywhere, & we probably had Mice in our home and not a big deal. It was to us. One ran over my foot. We were freaked out, asked to be moved or other accommodation. Serenity said no and no refund if we left. We paid over 4,000 week and certainly expected more professionalism. The day before checkout, air cond went out; Main. installed 3 window units, which were noisy and not adequate, no window ac for walkout BR and we all were very hot. We found rotting food in a drawer upon arrival; staff came and removed it but then Serenity basically called us a liar. Hot tub was cloudy and gritty: staff came and refilled for us; Serenity said that’s Just well water and it should not have been done. I indicated ice/water maker wasn't working; Serenity said some cabins don't have hookups. Maint. ordered a new water filter and it then worked fine. There is a sign by the door with a number to call or text for issues. Serenity scolded us for using thar number instead of using the ap. The Main staff was amazing, prompt and Offered to pick up water and ice for us. Cabin was pretty clean and hskpg and maint staff did come out for the above and other issues (shower door issue, very flat pillows, porch very dirty). But mice, ac issue, Rudeness and inappropriate responses from Mgmt comp (Serenity) left us with a negative and stressful experience

Beautiful and Relaxing Getaway

We loved everything about Jackson's Luxury Hideaway! It's a gorgeous property and was SO clean! The beds were comfortable and it had plenty of places for our group to spread out and play or relax. The outdoor fireplace was a great addition! It's right near Old Man's Cave and just a short drive from all of the other attractions Hocking Hills has to offer. We will definitely be back!

Clean, outdoor area is lovely, main room lighting was awful, no lamps & jacuzzi tub not working,

Cabin was clean, and stocked well. Lots of chairs for outdoor gathering.

I don't think we ever received any input about the lighting or the jacuzzi, while these guests were staying. There was an issue with the a weak breaker tripping for the jacuzzi, which would have been an easy fix, if the guests had let us know, while they were there. Unfortunately, we can't fix what we are unaware of. We normally get great reviews for this cabin, so this review was odd to see, when we were looking back through reviews.
