• Wildlife Awareness: this is a mountain getaway, and wildlife encounters may occur. No refunds will be issued for pest-related issues. Exterminator services are available if needed.
• Lake Levels May Vary: the property is near Douglas Lake, but water levels fluctuate throughout the year.
• Lawn Maintenance: Lawn care may be performed periodically from now until September. The landscaper will only work outside, and no one needs to be present.
• Food & Drink placement: Please place food and drinks on the TV tray stand downstairs, not on the video game table.
• Hot Tub Usage: a private hot tub available on the balcony for a relaxing soak.
• Extra garbage pickup can be arranged for an additional fee. Guests are encouraged to contact us directly to coordinate this service.
