This cabin was perfect. Situated right next to a babbling Brooke where we saw lots of unique birds and one hummingbird who just love to visit. Was a wonderful time spent and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this riverfront cabin. The property was extremely clean and well maintained, and the interior had a charming, quaint cabin feel that made it very cozy and relaxing. The hot tub was a great bonus and perfect for unwinding while enjoying the surroundings. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable getaway, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a cozy stay!

Stayed with my husband in our honeymoon, it’s in a good spot outside of the business of Estes. I loved the view right up next to the river, and enjoyed the hot tub!

Beautiful place so close to the river and with a firepit! Very nice host. The hot tub needing cleaning and was not hot. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great little cabin. Loved being by the water with a fire going. Easy access to national park plus Estes Park is a wonderful town.

Relaxing and beautiful

This location was an ejoyable experience for both of us. The cabin had everything we needed. A beautiful river and local wildlife.The host communicated promptly.All in all a great place to stay!

Cabin was as advertised, clean, spaces, kitchen amenities great, plenty of towels and hot tub just outside cabin door. Thompson River and Estes Park beautiful even in the winter.Only thing I would recommend is easier ROKO log-on directions (written down for old people) and upfront information pertaining to using personnel email account to access ROKO. Peaceful

Colorado is a beautiful place to visit and this cabin gave all the things we look for. View, river right outside the door You can listen to it as you relax in your Private Hot tub. Definitely a place we will return to

This was a perfect little getaway

We came up for Valentine’s Day weekend. It was amazing other then we couple hear the people Next door watching a movie very loudly till about midnight. Other than that, it was very quiet, the hot tub was great as well.

Beautiful location! Great amenities!

Lovely cabin right next to the water. The morning sun on the deck was amazing. Hot tub was a great way to relax after travel. The cabin is close enough to everything, yet just far enough out of Estes Park that you aren't stuck being a part of all the tourist scramble. Host communicated really well and we walked right when when we arrived. Would definitely stay again.

The cabin was very clean but somewhat worn and could use some remodeling, especially in the bathroom. The pipes vibrated very loudly when we took a shower. We couldn’t figure out how to use the DVD player. The hot tub was cloudy and very smelly. We had to take a shower after using it. I do have to say the location was amazing. We would stay again if they could guarantee a clean hot tub. We looked at the other hot tubes on the property and ours was the cleanest.

Mostly Good!

Overall was excellent and beautiful property. Only one problem when leaving the hot tub was being drained and when carrying out our luggage and belongings we had to walk through mud. Maybe they could provide a longer drain hose to move the drainage away from the front door.

Interior is old and needs some work. Had a mouse get into our food on the counter. Hit my head on the bathroom door frame (floor is raised so door frame is around or less than 6’). The seating by the river outside is nice, very peaceful. Overall just okay.

Lovely location next to the river. Comfortable bed. There were some maintenance issues which we reported - the ones we reported while there were addressed very quickly and we are confident that others reported on our departure will be addressed by the host.

Nice getaway for a few days

We visit Colorado to see our son regularly, so we like to take a few days for ourselves. We came across this place and it was very nice and conveniently located. Will stay again in the future.
