Though we enjoyed our stay the house was just adequate. The steep staircases were difficult for one elderly family member. Other than the loft, which was lovely, the other bedrooms were small with no furniture other than a bed. Some of us lived out of a suitcase for 3 days.

Thanks for the review! Quick clarification for future guests: every bedroom actually has a 5-drawer dresser and a closet. We’re not quite at the “fold your clothes into a neat stack on the floor” stage of vacation rentals yet (though we respect the commitment). 😄 Sorry the storage went unnoticed — hope the rest of the stay was better than the luggage situation!

We planned a last minute get-away to Chickamauga Lake for the weekend. We enjoyed the beautiful lakefront home. It was nice & accessible being able to dock our boat right out back. The cove was protected from the weather & in a no wake zone. Thanks!

Weekend Stay

We had a great experience coming to stay for a small get together. Everything was as advertised and I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to town.

We enjoyed our stay! We stayed here for a fishing tournament and it was the perfect location. Plenty of room and had everything we needed! Highly recommend.

Bassmaster Nationals stay

Our stay was good, great location close to launch and fun watching the boats take off off the marina tip. With 9 people there and getting groceries with all the packaging not enough room in the garbage cans for a week stay....lots of ants so be ready for that,

Comfortable with everything you need!

We had a wonderful stay—three adults and two kids. The house is super comfortable and had everything we needed. Bring your kayak and fishing gear; the lake is great. Our hosts were also very accommodating and accessible. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lake Chickamauga Lake Front home. We were in town to fish and the property was extremely convenient. The house was exactly as described and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks for having us.

Great Property

House and property were great. We would recommend a ladder for dock to be able to get out of water easier. Additional chairs on lower patio would be nice to enjoy the view from both levels also. Still had a great time and will look to return.

Fabulous Experience

The property was fabulous and extremely welcoming. My family enjoyed the lake and the nearby town. Raina was extremely responsive and helpful. It was a fabulous time!

NACA Basketball Tournament

We stayed during the NACA Basketball tournament and used this as the coaches house. It accommodates 4 couples easily or 8 total people. Very clean and right on the water.

Waterfront Family Fun in Dayton, TN

My MIL's family is from Dayton, so we visit once every year or two to reconnect with extended family. This place is perfect for gathering and entertaining! The adults visited on the back deck while the kids fished and swam. When we got a pop-up rain shower, we moved to the screen porch.Everyone had a blast! We will be back...Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Fishing Trip

This was the best fishing trip! The house was great!, We were able to park 2 trucks and boat trailers on the property and leave our boats in the water, tied to the dock. The house was very clean and a nice & quiet neighborhood. The house had everything that we needed. We would really like to stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.
