This venue and view are fabulous! It was bonus to have the grand piano and one of us that could play. Wonderful home base to a great weekend enjoying the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center as well as Blue Grass & Birds in Ridgefield. We even got to watch a resident eagle get a fish for her breakfast. Really was a magical weekend!

We loved our four night stay at this amazing house! It was hot outside, and we spent a lot of time at the beach, skipping stones and watching the birds go fishing in the Columbia river. It was a great base location for exploring the Ape Caves. The kitchen was well stocked and the AC worked well. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful home that fit our needs. Home was clean and spacious. We weren’t able to swim at the beach at the house but just down the beach was a nice place to swim, so the kids were happy. We would definitely stay again!

Brian is a wonderful host and was very communicative throughout the check in process. The house has everything you need to stay comfortably. There is even a binder with emergency information, directions for working items in the home, and day trip/things to do. Everything was as pictured and described! We had a wonderful experience and would recommend staying at this property!

Terrific property for our family vacation. Host was great. Timely and really excellent communication. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Kitchen was really well stocked. Just a great property for our needs.

Fantastic Columbia River stay

The house was fantastic and located right on the Columbia river. It is ideally located close by to Vancouver & Portland and a short trip away from the Pacific Norwhest coast.

Excellent

The house was clean and functional. The check in process was smooth. It was located in a nice neighborhood, quiet area surrounding by farms and river. It's a great place to have family gathering and relax. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, conveniently located in WA

Property was exactly as summarized in the listing - it was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. Owner was very responsive when we had issues with the wi-fi. Firepit was a nice benefit, as was the proximity to the freeway and Walmart. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

You can't help but relax here! There are large picture windows with a lovely view of the Columbia River to enjoy repeated sightings of bald eagles. The fruit farms across the street add to the serenity. With private access to the water my husband enjoyed kayaking, meeting the largest seal he had ever seen! The house is low key and spacious, and close to conveniences and the highway. Brian was a great host. Would definitely recommend!

Check in was easy. The house was just like the pictures. We had everything we needed for cooking. The fire pit was great for ending the day with family. We had a family of 7 and there was plenty of space for everyone and two bathrooms on each floor was good for a group as well. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. The owner is responsive if you have questions and offered to come give us tips for the kayaks etc. We didn’t take him up on that just due to time but we did utilize his hike suggestions in his welcome book. We loved watching the eagles in the morning and the ships/boats traveling the river. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would definitely stay again!

Great house right on the Columbia. The house had plenty of space for our family and was well stocked. Lots of water craft, from kayaks and floats to a large canoe. We enjoyed our stay and were only 30 minutes from Vancouver/Portland and spent a day in the city enjoying the sights.

I live close by but wanted a home on the water to celebrate my retirement. It was a great location with plenty of privacy and all the essentials we needed. The layout was great! It seemed like 3 master suites and a studio apartment below. The host accommodated the 6 of us that stayed the whole trip, but allowed us to have a larger group over to celebrate and BBQ and spend the day on the water! A great time was had by all!!!
