This is a Top End- Unit, With Partials Ocean View from Balcony, A Full Mountain View in room;

Catching A Breath-taking Sunrise Moments in your life;
Only 1minute walk to the Pacific Ocean Beach; Rainbow from time to time after rains.
This Resort had Newly installed cabanas and daybeds on the main pool deck further elevating the guest experience at the resort in 2025.
There are 2 Jacuzzi pools, 3 Swimming pools, one where Guests can joyfully play volleyball;
A Kid Friendly Sandy pool over the Ocean front pool , A Tube-Type Water slide to enjoy!!!

Nice resort on the water nice pools, grounds.Safe There is some construction going on which is not a problem in any way. The lanai is great to sit and watch the front of the resort,mountains main road traffic and you can see waves partially.Grat location to all of the island.

our host was great, the room was perfect for our needs, it ended up close enough to our family. The hotel was undergoing renovations so there was no lobby and you have to change buildings and 2 elevator rides to get to the restaurant/pool/bar but that’s not Lily’s fault and she did let us know in advance. KBR is a great central location on the island. Easy access to anywhere. Thankful for Lily and her room, it made for a great family vacation!

Entire hotel is under major renovation. Place simply should not be hosting tenants. There is no lobby and no quick access to pools / beach / rest of property / restaurants. The door locks didn’t even work and had to be changed before I entered. Host was very unresponsive and apathetic to the situation.

Great stay!

We had a great time staying here. In the middle of two towns and easy access to great beaches. The pools and hot tubs were very nice and provided for a great overall stay.

Excellent Location

We were greeted by friendly efficient staff and had an excellent stay. This location was perfect for easily seeing the sites we wanted to visit. The pools and beach on this property were wonderful.

The resort room and facilities were clean. The resort staff were very friendly and helpful. The sunrises were beautiful. The dining options at the resort were nice and the resort was close to a variety of dining options and other tourist activities.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Outrigger property. It’s a mix of private and property owned units. We loved the pools and central location on the island. The unit is a little outdated but met our needs. The host was responsive and helpful. We hope to return again! Thank you.

Excellent!

Great resort and room with a lot to offer. However, the beach was rather disappointing as it was almost non existent. Still deserves 5 stars as Kauai has many wonderful beaches to visit.

Perfect location

We loved the location and the property. The perfect midpoint between the two sides of the island. The resort was so beautiful. Got the best sunrises! Would stay here again for sure.

Had a great time at the property. We thought we saw all of the pools and discovered another one. They had live music by the pool bar and later inside.
