Front-facing Victorian 8201 - Gone Coastal will accommodate up to 8 guests. This well-furnished condominium has terrific views all day long-watch as shrimp boats go out for the early morning haul while you watch as the sun rises on Galveston Island. Recently renovated and absolutely gorgeous, The Victorian 8201, is a front-facing 3b/2b unit will a full Gulf view - no obstructions! This property is outfitted for 8 guests and has many new features from the new owner of the property This lovely condominium has new owners and has been updated as follows.

This front-facing unit features views galore. The updated kitchen includes a full-size oven, 4 burner stovetop, mini-size refrigerator, microwave, and full-size dishwasher! Also available for monthly rentals during the off-season. Very little noise and close to the elevator. This unit also features cable television and WIFI for the convenience of our guests.

THE VICTORIAN
The Victorian Galveston offers two swimming pools; Waterfall Lagoon is heated in the winter with a rock waterfall and Paradise Cove for the kids, which features a water-drop mushroom and zero-depth entry with bubbling jets. The Victorian also has two hot tubs in secluded garden settings, picnic areas, a pavilion, garden courtyards with lush landscaping, a lighted tennis court and a 24-hour fitness center.

Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals and City Police.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Reservations at this HOA require a resort/parking/amenity fee to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.
This resort fee covers up to two vehicles for up to two weeks and guest wristbands for pool, hot tub and fitness center for up to 8 guests. Reservations of 9 guests (if max occupancy allows), require an additional payment for the additional wristband. Guests should return pool bands to The Victorian front office prior to departure.
Some Victorian units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).

Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Galveston Seawall and Strand Historic District are notable landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Port of Galveston and Port of Galveston Cruise Terminal. Galveston Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier are not to be missed. With jet skiing, surfing/body boarding, and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

Wasn’t impressed
False advertising. It states it is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. The bedroom with the bunk beds is very small and doesn’t have a door. It is a 1 and half bath. Has 2 toilets and 1 shower. With a lot of doors. Very small apartment. Has a small apartment refrigerator. No oven. Was not very clean. Linens wasn’t very clean. Floors were dirty. Front door was hard to open and the patio door. The furniture in the picture was the only thing that was same in picture. It supported to sleep 8 people but not very comfortable. The elevator wasn’t working had to walk all the way to the back to get our stuff down. We told them we were gonna be a late check in. They sent us the info. But when we got there we also needed a passcode for the gate. Called several numbers before we got a code. Took us over 30 minutes. Wasn’t very impressed at all. I won’t be staying here again.
