The house positioned on an estate of 1.75 acres surrounded by pine and palm trees. Grocery, fuel, pharmacy, Italian and Chinese restaurant, pizza,
food delivery and public gym 5 minutes. Beaches and Downtown are
14 miles west. Many restaurants at 5
miles west. Night-life, shopping and
tourism can be find 10 miles west and
Ave Maria is 12 miles east.

To get around it is best to have a car. There are several Uber and Taxi services available. Collier Area Transit (CAT) bus is available in Naples. Downtown Naples has a trolley system for touring Naples.

Very charming
This was a very clean, charming, and beautiful property. The hostess is very thoughtful and has many amenities that she doesn’t have to provide. There are drinks, snacks, beach bag, beach towels, and sunscreen for the renters which is a very nice touch. The property was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. It was decorated very cute. Many affirming plaques etc. Lovely walk in closet and nice bathroom setup. We would stay again.

Quiet and comfortable retreat
The perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in the area. The outdoor kitchen/dining area was wonderful to hang out in the evenings. My favorite thing was the owners 3 cats. They were endless entertainment.

Nice little place
After the storm in Naples, finding a local hotel was difficult. This was a nice place, very simple, that fit the bill for a safe clean and comfortable place fir the two of us to stay while we were in town.
