Convenient location

Great property, excellent location to most things, within 20 min to many of the spring training facilities. Host has great and prompt communication when needed.

Fabulous

We have stayed in several VRBO‘s throughout the years and this place by far exceeded our expectations. Nice neighborhood, near shopping center, near ASU, and a nice park close by.

Great location, great home

We had a wonderful stay here. Very comfortable for 5 adults and one child. Owner was very easy to work with. House was clean and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, only a 10 minute walk from the Cubs Spring Training park. We had a wonderful stay and hope to book again next year.

Bucket list

The house was clean and well equipped. The was 5 in our party and there was plenty of room. Location was perfect and easy to get around the area. Grand Canyon was 3.5 hours away so we took a day tour.

Met our needs

The property is part of an older development that is well maintained. The property itself was definitively updated and met all our needs. Three bedrooms, small kitchen and living room space. I would definitely recommend for adults.

Wonderful Vrbo and Great Location

We stayed almost a week to visit family in the area. The Vrbo was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the host was very responsive with communication. We enjoy freshly squeezed juice and was happy to see a hand juicer in the cupboards. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and listening to the birds in the surrounding trees before venturing off for the day. The host has a great description of what is offered in the Vrbo. When we come back to the area we will be staying in this Vrbo. Highly recommended!

Winter Getaway.

The owners did a great job of remodeling and updating the apartment including kitchen and plumbing. As a senior citizen, it was very helpful to find upgrades such as comfort height toilets. The photos did make the living area to appear larger than it was. Overall this unit ranks high compared to other vacation rentals we have stayed in.

comfortable and well-stocked

The property was comfortable and well-stocked. Truly pet friendly with leashes and blankets provided. Be aware that the walk from parking is about 150 feet – not bad but might be an issue for people with mobility issues or a lot of stuff to unload and reload. It was always easy to find a second parking space in the lot. I wish hosts wouldn’t use scented detergent but everyone does. At least here the scent wasn’t too strong and there weren’t fragrance plug-ins everywhere.

So much light!

My partner and I stayed at the condo for about a week and a half and really enjoyed it. I was working from there while he was attending meetings in Phoenix. The location was great and we could easily get to any place across Phoenix (we had a car so could hop on the highways that were nearby). The plants and pool on the property made it feel like an oasis in the city when we came back. And the condo was very comfortable and spacious (could easily have 6 adults stay there comfortably, and more if you're ok with sharing space). Overall a great stay and highly recommend the space and Cali as a host!

Great Location for Cubs Fans

Modern on May was the perfect spot for our spring training vacation in Mesa. We needed three bedrooms and this condo included a king room on the main floor. It was great for my 80 year old parents. The home was very clean and included all the essentials for cooking meals. There was even an umbrella that came in handy. The host's directions on how to locate the unit were spot on. She answered questions quickly too. The binder with restaurant & activity suggestions was helpful and the welcome basket, a nice added touch. The short walk to Sloan Park was the best part for a family of Chicago Cubs fans. We hope to return next year.

Clean, convenient, with everything you'll need

We stayed at this Mesa condo recently and we were very impressed. It was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with all the extras that will prevent you from taking multiple trips out to the store. There is a huge difference between "people who want to make money from an empty condo", and someone "treating you like a guest." We were treated the way I would treat a family member staying at our home. I've staying in bare-bones VRBO's before, and this was way better. There were enough pillows, enough towels, a few ingredients that I needed (but only needed a tablespoon of), pool noodles for the kids, and a place to do laundry in house. I highly recommend this property!

YOU GOTTA TRY THIS!

From the first inquiry to the final checkout, Cali was amazing about communication. Made sure we could find the location easily (Google Maps and Waze take you to wring entrance), gave tips and advice, and was able to make a special request happen. The layout of the property is great. The master suite is larger than my last apartment. The other two bedroom were a good size as well. There are so many little touches hat make this location so much better than staying in a hotel. The kids loved the pool though they did say it was chilly (wimps). There are many dogs in he area and they and there owners were all very friendly. We will definitely stay again if we come back to the area.
