Beautiful neighborhood, plenty of space, convenient location for exploring the Cape.

Owner was very responsive and willing to offer suggestions for restaurants, fishing, shopping, etc. House was very nice, clean, lots of space for family of five (3 teenagers) and Grandma.lots of extras such as beach chairs, fishing poles, beach towels, beach umbrella. Lots of beautiful beaches in the town of Barnstable and close to Hyannis.

Cotuit rental

This house is perfect for large families especially on raining days. It was very clean and so nice that towels and sheets are included Joe was a great host and answered any questions that i had.

Cotouit, Barnstable

The house is located in Cape Cod in a small town called Cotouit, which is about ~1.5 hrs to Provincetown, 1hr to wood holes where you can catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and 30 min to Chatham. The house has 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen is well equipped with all you need. Joe the host is very attentive and responsive which is great for a any quick question you may have. Definitely recommend for anyone that is looking to stay in this area!
