Perfect for large group of friends!!

This property was perfect for our group of friends. Plenty of space and very cozy!! Just a short golf cart trip away from the beach. 10/10!

Great place

We brought our kids and grandkids. Close to shopping, dining and the beach. Plenty of room for everyone. Fenced in backyard with your own private pool. Golf cart to drive to the beach or close enough to walk. Owners were readily available to make sure all your needs were met. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great house close to the beach!

The house was in great condition and the location couldn't have been better. It had plenty of space for all of the families (5 couples with 8 kids total) and had a large living space that allowed us to gather without feeling cramped. The golf cart was great for carting all of our gear to the beach, but several in our group took the >5 minute walk. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but was great to allow the kids to have a dip to cool off. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Breeze is a wonderful vacation house

House was perfect. Lots of amenities. Property manager responded very quickly to any questions that we had. Perfect house for families. House is in excellent condition and has everything you would want. 5 rooms with king beds was a plus for us. Extra bathroom on the first floor that I didn't realize was there. Would highly recommend when staying in Destin Close to beach and shopping. Living area is larger than I thought it would be.Great having the larger golf cart to use. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay with our family in Destin. *****

Great place for a family reunion.

The property looked basically like it did online. We had a refrigerator that was not working, but a new one was provided very quickly once the maintenance folks inspected the old one and realized it was not repairable. It would be nice if the pool could be a little larger. The couch needs to be updated and the furniture in the family room needs to be updated and more comfortable. but it’s a beautiful home. We love the layout of the bedrooms in the bathrooms. We enjoyed the golf cart as well

Large family beach reunion

This property was excellent for our large family gathering. We had 10 adults and 9 children under the age of 5, and the layout of the home was perfect. The large kitchen and living area had plenty of room for everyone, and the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The host was quick to communicate and answered all of our questions in prep for our trip. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. However the house is not as kid-friendly as I would have expected based on the home description as a family friendly destination - there are no plastic plates or cups, and the home does not include any pack n play or high chair, etc. While this was not a deal-breaker and we still had a great time, I didn’t realize this when we booked and it would have been really helpful to know before we booked.

Perfect, spacious house in an ideal location for our July 4th family reunion. Breeze is a short walk to the beautiful beach, and even during one of the busiest holiday weekends of the summer, the beach didn’t feel overcrowded.There was plenty to do nearby, including fishing and renting a pontoon boat to visit Crab Island. The host was clear, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We had a wonderful week and would absolutely stay here again!!!
