Dear Alan, We loved to have you and your lovely family as guests in our villa and we hope that next summer we will not have the same heat wave, drought, and water restrictions which did not help the land scapings this year. My neighbors do not have access to the free water from the canal like I did. I feel very lucky that I could water my property for free this summer. Hope to see you again in the future.

This traveler waited 6 months before posting a negative review.The inquiry we received from this family was for 5 guests. We first gave them a quote for 3 bedrooms/3 bath. When we signed the contract they had decided to invite some guests and to rent the studio apartment also in order to have enough space for 7 guests. We provided a new quote including the studio apartment. The size of the pool is clearly indicated on the web-site. After their departure we had to file a claim with Property Damage Protection who did not pay the total amount of damage. We charged this traveler for the difference. Besides damages caused in the villa and the outdoors, 23 hours of heavy cleaning was necessary to get the villa ready.

The dog the vacationer is referencing is a very nice one-and-a-half year old Cane Corso, not a Pittbull, who lives in a fully fenced property. This dog has never been seen outside of its owner's property, I never received any complaints from other vacationers who also came with dogs, or from the neighbors. The vacationer who wrote this review owns two King Charles who wandered on the private road, and most likely provoked the Cane Corso through their excessive barking, this is what dogs do, and most importantly, there was no harm ever done nor was anyone in danger, ever.
