With two spacious bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests, ensuring everyone has a fantastic time!

This unit has:
* King-sized bed in the master bedroom
* Queen-sized bed in the second bedroom
* Queen sleeper in the den

Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and a ceiling fan, ensuring comfort and entertainment. The living area hosts a generous flat screen TV, positioned in front of ample seating for your family. With two full bathrooms, including a master with a garden tub and shower, you'll find comfort and convenience.

Experience the convenience of upgraded WiFi services, enhancing your connectivity and enjoyment throughout your stay in our units. Stay effortlessly connected and entertained with our high-speed internet access.

The outdoor pool boasts a playful mushroom water feature, perfect for the enjoyment of children or even yourself, and is heated typically in April and May, depending on the outside temperature. The indoor pool maintains an inviting temperature and is heated year-round. Our resort presents an abundance of space, featuring several gathering and picnic areas, along with outdoor grills. A highlight is our newest amenity – a quarter-mile walking trail on our expansive five-acre green space. The grounds further showcase a variety of outdoor activities, such as tetherball, a volleyball court, horseshoes, two playgrounds, a basketball court, and shuffleboard. The sprawling area ensures an enjoyable experience for both you and your children! All buildings at our resort feature elevators for accessibility. Units are wheelchair accessible. Each unit offers free parking for your car.

The fully stocked kitchen encompasses a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. We supply dishes, glassware, pot and pan sets, a toaster, a blender, and a coffee maker. For specialized items such as a wok, rice steamer, or crockpot, we recommend bringing your own, as these are not provided. Enjoy complimentary amenities, including free Wi-Fi, cable TV in the rooms, and local phone service. Sheets and towel sets are provided for your stay, though they cannot be changed out. A full washer and dryer are also available in this unit. While we provide a single-use box of detergent, you may wish to bring extra if you plan to do laundry. An iron and ironing board are included. This resort is pet-free, smoke-free, and strictly prohibits trailers.

As a token of our appreciation for choosing Hazelrig Enterprises, you'll receive one free admission daily to popular attractions, including Dollywood, Hatfield & McCoy Feud and Dinner Show, and The Pirate Show Dinner Show. No timeshare presentations or mandatory purchases are involved in this program. A stay with us entitles you to 1 ticket choice per day of stay from an activities package totaling $1,059 with our partner Xplorie.

Conveniently positioned on Plaza Drive between traffic lights 0 and 1, directly behind Country Tonight in the entertainment district, our resort provides easy access to a trolley stop at the main road, offering rides throughout Pigeon Forge for a nominal fee of $.50. Dollywood, softball fields, and The Island, featuring Margaritaville and Paula Deen's, are approximately 2 miles away.

Please note that trailer or car hauler parking is strictly prohibited, and alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.

Check-in is hassle-free – simply show up after the designated time and enter the provided code to unlock the door. This unit is located in Building 1 on the 4th floor, offering spectacular views. We're all about making your stay great! To keep things running smoothly, we'll temporarily hold $250 security deposit on your credit card for any damages that might come up after your stay. Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund. We reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.


Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies and directly adjacent to buildings.
No fireworks of any kind are allowed.

CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:

If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee. All cancellations must be made by phone (call us at 855-44-SWEET). You cannot cancel a reservation online.

The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the client. The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, any technical &/or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond their control.



CLIENTS PROPERTY:
The clients using the swimming pool or other facilities of the property do so at their own risk. Injury, damage or loss to the client’s property is his or her own responsibility.

RESERVATIONS DO NO INCLUDE:
Expenses and items not mentioned, including, but not limited to: transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls and other items of a personal nature.


RESPONSIBILITY:
• Tenant hereby assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of Landlord and Tenant, including household furniture and goods during such use and occupancy.
• Tenant hereby assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.

USE:
• It is agreed that the Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, no animals and for no other purpose whatsoever.
• Tenant in the possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof.
• Tenant further agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises, or will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.
• Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.

Closet door off hing. Mold on the inside of the shower door in the master bathroom. Hair on shower door. Ceiling fans rock bad. Kitchen chairs are stained.

This is a great location and easy to access everything fun in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but it is in desperate need of some TLC. I typically rely on reviews and couldn’t imagine this place was given a fair shake. While we don’t mind outdated or even old, we always hope for clean and comfortable. This condo is in much need of a thorough cleaning and some upgrades. The bathroom was filthy, shower scum and hair on walls, mold/mildew in the shower grout, toilet was hard to flush completely (two plungers for one toilet) and footprints even still on the bath mat. Beverage rings and sticky spots on tables so surfaces had obviously not been touched. The living room rug was black with dirt, walls and doors chipped and peeling, and the front door in need of repair. Beds were absolutely AWFUL. Felt like a trundle bed. Dirt and dead bugs on the floors and in the window/slider door casings. The amenities are not as described. The outdoor pool definitely not hot and it was also filthy. Lots of dirt and leaves in it. Trash can overflowing with rain water and garbage. The bathroom in the indoor pool area was not cleaned the time we were there. No toilet paper in pool house and wet floors with wet tissue on the floor. Cornhole boards were broken, no tetherball, hotshot pits not maintained and there was not the equipment for shuffleboard. This particular condo faces the road so quite noisy and bright at night. Traci was very responsive to the email I sent (and of my own fault and understandably I sent it too late). I just didn’t want want to disrupt anymore of our vacation that we had from cleaning some to be able to use the place when we got there.

Okay but
Property location is excellent for visiting the smokeys and all to do in Pigeon Forge. Let downs for my family was the fire-place did not work, didn't appear to have worked in some time. The heating system did not allow adjustment so the condo was a bit on the cold side the whole stay. Also, the entrance to the property was dark. All of Pigeon Forge was decorated festive and this property that was not lite in any manner (baughhumbug).

Ladies trip
Took my 86 yo mother in law and sister in law. Location was great! The condo itself needs some work though. Floors were dirty, area rug needs to be cleaned and mold and mildew in the shower. Furniture was nice, beds were comfortable, kitchen is stocked well with the essentials. Enjoyed the trip.

Good location but needs a good cleaning.
The building was in a great location. Needs a very good cleaning. My kids feet were black from running around. Bedroom by the balcony had hundreds of lady bugs crawling around. Toilet paper rolls holders were broken in both bathrooms. Definitely needs some updates and thorough cleaning.
