Questa è una bella, spaziosa casa 3 camere da letto su una corsia privata. A pochi minuti da Cross Lake. Grande area per la pesca e la nautica. Venite a rilassarvi su un'amaca, con vista sul tranquillo fiume Seneca. Oppure prova la fortuna a prendere una vasta gamma di pesci direttamente dal molo.

Central New York vanta uno dei più grandi campi da golf pro capite, il tutto a breve distanza, adatto a tutti i livelli di gioco. È possibile trascorrere la giornata visitando le splendide montagne Adirondack o assaporare i vini offerti sulla panoramica Fingerlakes Wine Trail, il tutto in un'ora di auto. È inoltre possibile fare un giro in barca sul fiume Seneca con i tour locali Adirondack in barca, trascorrere la giornata passeggiando per il villaggio di Baldwinsville o godersi uno dei tanti festival estivi organizzati nel centro di Syracuse.

Ci sono così tante cose da fare e da vedere nelle vicinanze.

A perfect home for our stay

We stayed for Syracuse graduation weekend. The house was clean, spacious and very well stocked. The view of the river was so beautiful and the sun porch was very relaxing.I would recommend this property to anyone traveling in the area.

Peaceful retreat

We rented the house for lodging for ourselves & our staff for the duration of the NYS Fair. It was a beautiful, quiet location for us to unwind after working all day. The rooms were very spacious & comfortable. We all loved the accommodations.

Perfect weekend

My family and I had the best weekend at this beautiful property. I rented it for a small graduation party for my daughter. Carla, the hostess was gracious and replied to questions quickly. The property was even better in person than it was in the pictures. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Everyone that came was as impressed with the house, yard, and river as I was.

Family time by the river

We had an awesome stay! Carla was great with all the communications. Check-in and out were easy! The rental was very spacious! We had my family visiting us each day and they were all surprised by that. We had time fishing, sitting by the river, and many meals together. We were staying during the heat wave and thankfully they had AC in every room! My favorite times were early mornings by myself sitting in the sun room (not in the photos), with my cup of coffee, looking out at the river, and or working on puzzles. Very relaxing!

River front getaway

This was an absolutely perfect river front property. You can dock fish or launch a small paddle boat or kayak into the river from the backyard! This was perfect we fished almost all day and had fires at night. Stores close enough if you need anything.

Wonderful home, very cozy and quiet

Large house, plenty of space and good size property. We traveled from 3 places to this central location close to our parents area for Thanksgiving. In total it was 4 adults, 3 boys aged 6-9 years old and 2 small dogs. Our parents came for dinner which we cooked all in the house and had plenty of room in the living room, dining room and kitchen to cook enough for 8 adults and 3 kids. Tons of games in the house, we loved the fooseball table and all the beds were extra comfy. We would be happy to stay again! Carla, the host, was very responsive and courteous. Everything we needed was available and the price was great.

Loved the privacy and quiet and of course the view of the river. Very comfortable accommodations . The road to the house needs fixing due to so many potholes!

Beautiful Lake Front Home

What a wonderful stay! So relaxing with a beautiful view of the Seneca River! The house has everything you’ll ever need and has a amazing homely touch, we felt so comfortable there! Carla was wonderful and kept in touch through the whole process. Would highly recommend this rental for anyone would be interested in the area or even if looking for a quiet place to stay!

Great property. Mosquitos were a bit too friendly, and it rained on our parade, but inside was great and we had fun fishing and boating. Great place for the kids.

Golf Getaway

Great place to join friends for a reunion of old classmates. 5 guys very comfortable , nice local golf courses and I caught a nice small mouth bass off the dock. Would do it all again.

Great location!

The location couldn't have been better. We brought our own kayaks and canoe and had easy access to the river right from the backyard of the property. Plenty of places to sleep for our family of 6. Even though there were neighbors on both sides, the property was pretty private. The house had everything we needed. Check in was smooth. Carla was very responsive to questions and made sure we were aware of a possible bee issue in the yard. Baldwinsville was very close and provided places for groceries and fire wood.

Relaxing get away

This was the perfect property for a relaxing vacation where family and friends could visit and hand out. The backyard is beautiful and secluded. There was a brownout due to a storm, and the property owner was extremely helpful at corrosponding with the power company to get the power back.

Great view

We had a delightful time, the house was clean and spacious. It was set up in such a way to make you feel at home and comfortable. Carla was very easy to communicate with and pleasant. It has a wonderful view of the river. My toddler and husband love getting up early and watching the water while everyone else was sleeping. The rooms are large and really nicely laid out. Many homey looking touches. Quite close to a couple really cute villages and near enough to the city to make it convenient but far enough away to be super quiet and peaceful.

We loved the house and property.

The house was clean and very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of room for everyone. The deck was perfect and a great view. The dock was very nice the kids a had a wonderful time fishing. We really loved our stay. The only down fall are the beds. Not a one of them was comfortable. All were hard and some very noisy. I would love to rent this house again but only if the beds are upgraded. The setting of the house is very peaceful. Check in was simple. The yard games in the garage were lots of fun. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Perfect Fall Get Away

The property on Seneca River was just as pictured! The house is enormous! And there is a huge amount of property around the house! Unfortunately our entire week was rainy and cold except for one or two days but we made the best of it. Since we didn't travel very far from home we were able to have friends and family come and visit which was great especially with the inclement weather. Our son brought his boat and was able to go fishing everyday in between raindrops! However fishing wasn't so good they didn't catch anything but they had fun. Everything about the house was comfortable with lots of space, the kitchen was fully equipped, there was lots of chairs outside for when we could get outdoors and enjoy the surroundings. We were able to use the fire pit a couple times. Carla was wonderful at getting back to us! We would definitely go back to the yellow house on Seneca River! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful River home!

We are a family of five. Both full time working professionals. Our 3 children are grown. We are feeling the recent 'Empty Nest' syndrome. It is going to take a little getting used to. We are very proud of their accomplishments so far!!

We owned a rental property on a lake previously, which we renovated, and sold. We wanted to find a waterfront home that we could eventually retire to, and fell in love with this place. It's spacious for our family, and for visitors from out of town.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We enjoy the quiet, relaxing feeling we get from the place. When we drive down the lane to the house, we feel like we are in the middle of nowhere, even though it is a short drive from our home. Almost immediately upon arriving at the house, we feel all of our worries and stress fall away from us. We love hanging out in the hammock with the soft sound of the river surrounding us, and at night enjoying a fire in the fire-pit by the water. Our children also like to fish and swim or explore the woods nearby.
