Hi Edward, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. We’re so glad to hear you found the home clean and conveniently located for your time in Jackson Hole. However, we’re sorry that other aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. We understand that warmer summer temperatures can be uncomfortable, and we’re sorry the upstairs was so warm during your visit. This home does not have central A/C, and while the portable unit and fans help cool the main level, we recognize they are not as effective at moving cool air into the upstairs sleeping areas. We also apologize for the inconvenience of the portable unit shutting off when its water tank needed to be emptied. We have evaluated the machine and updated instructions accordingly so that future guests can be informed of this at the time of arrival. Additionally, we appreciate your feedback regarding the need for additional cooling options throughout the home, and we’ll keep this in mind as we look for ways to improve the home.
