Bella casa contemporanea e accogliente 3 camere da letto / 2. 5 bagni con pavimenti in legno di acero, grande piscina, camino e un enorme cortile recintato (1/2 acro). Posti letto 6/8. Un sacco di finestre e luce, sensazione zen ariosa tutta la casa. Bambini e animali domestici amichevoli. La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e frigorifero / congelatore, piano cottura a gas, forno a microonde. Si apre su un ampio patio ponte coperto di godere di tutti i vostri pasti, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo la spiaggia.

Grande piscina circondata da lussureggiante paesaggio, alberi da frutto e bambù. Le stanze da bagno si sentono come si sta in un centro termale. La posizione di questa casa rende facile e veloce arrivare ovunque tu voglia andare. 10 minuti dalla spiaggia più vicina, 1. 5 miglia dall'autostrada I-95, 15 minuti da South Beach, 20 minuti dall'aeroporto e solo 10 minuti dal Performing Arts Center. Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne e Coral Gables sono a circa 30 minuti di auto.

La casa si trova a 2 minuti dal Miami Shores Golf e Country Club. Lo shopping è molto conveniente in centri commerciali nelle vicinanze, come Aventura, Bal Harbour e Mid Town. Un negozio conveniente è raggiungibile a piedi. Biscayne Park è un quartiere caratteristico accogliente stabilito nel 1930.

La maggior parte delle strade sono alberato con querce secolari e alberi di banyan che invitano a fare una passeggiata nella loro ombra. Ti svegli al canto degli uccelli e pappagalli ancora si è in città.

Relaxing location

We had an excellent time here. The location was great and felt very private and in a quiet naturelike setting. Enjoyed the pool and the parrots that flew by everyday. Owner and the administrator if the property were very communicative and made us feel welcomed. I would recommend this property.

Miami House

Was a lovely home with plenty of room. Great for family with young children with pool, awesome tree house and able to prepare meals and eat inside and out. Location good for airport and getting to beach and downtown museums.

Really nice house in north Miami beach

My family and kids stayed here for about 10 days over the Christmas holidays. It was the delightful house. The pool was great and the owners even had set up a Christmas tree would definitely stay again if visiting Miami.

A great location.

This holiday home is extremely private. So many lovely aspects for a family to enjoy. Toasting marshmallows over a camp fire. Great BBQ, Fantastic mega screen allowing children to watch a programme when too hot outside. Plus pool and wonderful gardens.

We were looking for a place with privacy where we could hang out at the pool without seeing anyone else. Kathrine's place is just that. Totally private and cozy, but close to various neighborhoods around Miami that we wanted to visit.

Gorgeous house, quiet neighborhood, paradise!

I loved this place! I am a very light sleeper and was looking for a nice place in a quiet neighborhood. This place exceeded all expectations. The house is so beautiful and modern with some cute Californian and Hawaiian touches. It's on a quiet street, no traffic, but less than 30 min from South Beach (factoring in the usual Rt 95 traffic) The back yard is so beautiful with a huge pool, plenty of open space for sunbathing and surrounded by gorgeous trees and vegetation and best of all, totally private and secluded from neighbors. The back covered patio is so gorgeous and relaxing as is the smaller front porch. There are lots of small colored lights around the property and pool that give the house a magic glow at night, kids will love it. The owners Kathrine and Serge were very gracious and accommodating. I can't wait to come back here on my next trip.

Great family house

Our family had a wonderful stay in Florida. The pool and tree house were fun for our kids, they also enjoyed the projection movie screen!! Easy process and the owner even met us at the house late at night to show us around — would highly recommend!

Great Family Experience

This house was great for our 5 person Boston family vacationing in Miami. The pool, ping pong table and home theater kept everyone busy in-between excursions. The location was very convenient for everywhere we wanted to go in the Miami area.

Amazing Stay!!

Kathrine house was amazing! The check in process was simple and easy she even called me before my stay to make sure everything was set and perfect for our arrival. We had a walk thru of the house to insure we had everything we needed and knew how to work everything properly. The house is beautiful you do not feel like your in a big city the outdoor and pool area is breathtaking. Would highly recommend this home!!! 5starts!!!!

Great house in great location

Katherine was there when we arrived to greet us and give us orientation to the house. That was a nice personal touch. It is a lovely home and we were very happy to have safe place to enjoy our vacation away from the busy hotels and South Beach. The pool was perfect temperature and we enjoyed the family movie night on the projector. The beach was a short drive away and it was not crowded so we could enjoy the beach safely with COVID. We were close to everything so we got take out from delicious restaurants in Aventura, Brickell, South Beach Miami, and Hollywood. We enjoyed eating on the beautiful handmade (by the family themselves) acrylic table by the pool. We are grateful to the Gasc family for welcoming us into their home for the week. Thank you for everything!

Zen Getaway

A tranquil home away from home. The property was equip with everything that week needed. We had ample entertainment between the pool, tree house, and movie screen. Very relaxing aura throughout the entire house. The hosts stayed in touch with us throughout the trip and checked in to make sure everything was well, although most questions we may have had were in their home manual. Location was convenient as we were close to Sunny Isles. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home and host

We could not have asked for more. The house was great - comfortable and lovely. Kathrine was incredibly responsive and proactive. We would all highly recommend staying here.

Great spot in miami

Excellent home right outside of Miami beach. We loved hanging out by the pool and grilling all day. Will be back here next time I'm in Miami.

Even better than the pictures

This has to be one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed. The pictures of the house and property do not do it justice. The place has such a zen vibe and the backyard is immaculate. The owners were lovely to work with even through some small hiccups with fridge and ac. If I ever go back to visit Miami, I will 1000% stay here again!!

Privacy Paradise

We spent most of our time outside at the pool or dining al fresco on the beautiful patio. The grounds are beautiful. Completely fenced and secure backyard for our pups. The house is beautiful and comfortable. It was also good that Toni, who met us with the keys and showed us around the house and gardens, lived 2 houses down. This is our first experience with renting a vacation home but if the next property is close to being this good will definitely do this again.

Tropical luxury in Miami

The house was an amazing place for our time in Miami. It was very welcoming and such a beautiful space. Love the decor so amazing every room is set up in its unique decor. The patio was a great spot at night to hang out along with the amazing lights in the back yard it was really something magical. We loved everything about this house it made our trip really memorable. It was like being at a resort. We would highly recommend this place. The owners Serge and Katherine are great as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette magnifique maison très agréable, bien équipée, tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme à la maison ! Les enfants ont beaucoup profité de la piscine... Katrine et Serge sont des propriétaires très discrets tout en étant très disponibles et réactifs en cas de besoin ... nous vous remercions pour votre accueil !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, 10 jours en famille dans cette magnifique maison. Les photos sont tout à fait conformes. La literie est très confortable. Nous avons passé autant de temps à l’intérieur pour des soirées cinéma avec le rétroprojecteur , tout comme à l’extérieur à profiter de la piscine, du jardin ( un écureuil nous a tenu compagnie !!!)., du barbecue ...Il y a tout le necessaire Pour se sentir comme à la maison. De plus, Kathrine et Serge sont extrêmement agréables ils sont très discrets tout en étant disponibles et réactifs en cas de besoin. Nous les remercions infiniment! Et nous recommandons cette villa sans hésitation.

Amazing home perfect for our stay in Miami!

Home was amazing perfect for our group of 8, the pool, hot spa and location was perfect for us and our stay! The kitchen had everything we need it and surround sound inside and outside the house to have music playing. Thank you again for making our stay in Miami so easy.

Great Hippie Retreat!

We stayed here for Christmas and had plenty of room and great access to friends and family all over Miami. If you want to see old Miami, and love tropical vegetation, this house is a great choice. Comfortable and fun -- and whacky. We will come again.

Fabulous place - both in itself, and as a place to enjoy South Florida

We loved our stay here. The house itself is beautiful aesthetically, comfortable, well-appointed, fun for kids and adults, and in a really interesting part of the greater Miami area. It is close to beautiful state parks & beaches, art galleries, etc. It is spacious and fun to be in and and at. The owners are very warm and helpful. Highly recommended.

Tropical Getaway

The location and property was gorgeous and very comfortable. We had all the essentials we needed and shopped nearby for any necessities we needed. The owner was very sweet but did unusually appear at the house a couple of times during our stay which was a bit odd. We enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend this property.

Hello, very nice to meet you! We are Kathrine, Serge. We are honored that you are considering our house for your vacation.

We are a family of 4, originally from France. Our kids were born in this house. They are now 18 and 21. We are nature and animal lovers, passionate about water sports, and try to enjoy life to the fullest. We bought the house in 2002 and transformed into a real tropical paradise for adults and youngsters. Guests enjoy it so much they tend to rarely leave the house during their stay and come back year after year.

We own a 48ft catamaran and offer day, half day and overnight sailing cruises on the beautiful Biscayne Bay, the Florida Keys and the Bahamas. Our guests often chose that experience and It makes their stay even more special.

We live a few minutes away and are available for anything you may need during your stay.

It is beautiful inside and out, cozy, practical, full of positive energy, located on a large piece of land (1/2 acre) making it completely private and peaceful. A real getaway from it all! Feels like you are in Hawaii or costa rica, only 15 minutes from the beach and main tourist attractions.

Wake up with the sound of birds, enjoy your breakfast and meals on the shaded patio looking at the pool, feel peaceful inside and out in the open space. Feng Shui applied to all the rooms. Play in the Tree house! Many toys left on location. Total privacy in the fenced in backyard. The kitchen opens to the deck making it fun and pleasant to cook. The pool is large and perfect to play or swim laps. You can rollerblade, jog in the beautiful streets of the area. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Best French Bakery and Cafe in Miami a few blocks away!!! Plus several nice restaurants.
