OTTIMA POSIZIONE nel centro di Pismo Beach. 50 metri dalla spiaggia e un isolato dal molo con vista parziale. Questa casa (non condominio / casa a schiera) si trova nel centro di Pismo Beach! (Non è in Pismo State Beach o Oceano. Fai attenzione, poiché alcuni annunci pubblicizzano Pismo Beach quando non lo sono) Cammina verso tutto. Gioca in spiaggia e torna a casa per usare il bagno.

Ristrutturato 3 camere da letto 2 bagni casa con vista sull'oceano. La casa può ospitare 6 persone e la nostra occupazione massima è di 8 persone. California Vacation Rentals possiede anche la casa accanto che è anche una 4 camera da letto / 3. 5 bagni casa che ha una splendida vista VRBO # 127874 e una casa 6 camere VRBO # 87222. La nostra casa si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al nuovo lussuoso Vespera Hotel.

La casa è incredibilmente decorata con piastrelle e murali dipinti a mano, banconi in granito, cucine completamente attrezzate, TV HD Samsung da 46 'con DVR e DVD e parcheggio in garage. Questa è una casa, NON un piccolo condominio. Le camere hanno un re, una regina e una regina. Utilizziamo lenzuola e piumini Peacock Alley che vengono riciclati professionalmente dopo ogni soggiorno.

La posizione è perfetta perché sei a un isolato dal molo e dal centro. Posizione, posizione, posizione !!! Pismo Beach è una spiaggia vietata ai veicoli, quindi tu e i tuoi bambini potete tranquillamente camminare e giocare sulla spiaggia.

Si prega di prestare attenzione al noleggio a Pismo Beach. Molte case in questa sezione sono pubblicizzate come in Pismo Beach, ma in realtà sono in Oceano o Pismo Beach State Beach. Questa casa si trova nel centro di Pismo Beach. Siamo stati con VRBO dal 1999.

Ocean was visible from the living room and within walking distance to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the use of beach toys in the garage.

Loved our trip. We have been coming to Pismo for years and this was a great location! Did not have to drive our car to go anywhere for the whole time we were here. All of our favorite places were in walking distance. Can see the ocean and a short walk to the beach. Loved the parking/garage and used the chairs and sand toys they had in the garage.

Perfect location, walk to all your main Pismo favorites. Dedicated parking for small SUV, a bonus. Comfortable floor plan & a clean welcoming space; bed linens & down comforters were luxurious, thank you! Amazing water pressure & temperature from showers. Patio out front so enjoyable, on a cul-de-sac with minimal car & foot traffic. The ocean, right there!!! And stair/ramp access to the beach :) Perfect!!

Property in a great location. However the property was worn down and in need of some love. Paint falling off walls and ceiling, stains in the beds, very rusted table on patio, ac didn’t work and the house got very stuff if there was no breeze. All that being said, you can’t beat the location. I’d stay there again. Hope next time the issues are resolved.

Fantastic Location, ideal for our requirements

This property and location were perfect for our requirements, we were attending the para-surfing world games at Pismo Pier, and one of our occupants was in a wheelchair which worked out really well at this location. The property was clean just as described and we had a fantastic time thank you again

We had a great time at this house. It is close to the beach and all the restaurants. We used some of the body boards and beach chairs located in the garage. Only problem we had was the latch on the entrance door broke so we were locked out of the house for about an hour. The communication with the host was excellent and they solved the problem quickly. Will stay here again next year.

Great House, Perfect Location!

Annual sibling trip to celebrate our mom's 20 year angelversary. This house was perfect, exactly as pictured. Great view, super comfortable beds, well stocked. Walking distance to everything, just steps to the beach, good parking. Finally got BBQ weather on our last night and got to sit out front and watch the waves crash. Amazing trip! Can't wait to come back with my grandbabies in the summer.

Beautiful home in ideal location . . .

We rented this home over Labor Day Weekend and had a wonderful time. The home was beautifully decorated and functioned great for our family. Lots of storage and stocked with everything we need (except beach equipment). I worried the location might be noisy at night since it’s right next to two large upscale hotels and it is also right next to the main boardwalk - but noise was never an issue. It was remarkably quiet at night! I also appreciated that we were able to pull down privacy blinds in the living area at night. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

Annual Costal Trip

Good location to golf courses, wineries, and restaurants. Property itself could have been a bit cleaner i.e., countertops were a bit sticky, and the coffee pot was dirty. However, no clutter and everything was neat. Called the property manager our last day to inform her that the master bedroom bathroom fan needed to be repaired.

The house is only a block from the pier and downtown. We never use our car when we are in town. Pismo Beach is a great walking beach.
