The villa was even more wonderful than we imagined. The location was the best.. not in the middle of tourist but laid back with local appeal. So many adventures, great meals, and the best memories were made during our stay at Kevin’s villa in Seven Seas Beach!

Beautiful spot. Lovely rooftop area. Just across the street from the beach. The breezes are magical. Hike through mangroves to Hidden Beach from this unit. Highly recommend!

The condo was beautiful and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of comfortable seating for our group of 6 adults. The rooftop area was amazing - with great seating, a full bathroom, and wonderful views. The owner was very responsive when we had questions too.

The host was very commicative, quickly responsive, and provided a lot of helpful information for our stay. The place was immaculate.... clean, smelled good, had all the aupplies and other amenities we could need!! It is a fabulous location on a fantastic beach and so many other things to do and see nearby, as well as great restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I can't wait to visit again!!

The six of us had a fabulous stay in February in the penthouse villa. The rooftop patio was huge and awesome with a view of the ocean! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had some seriously fancy appliances. It was super quiet and very clean.The gated community felt very safe. An awesome beach was just across the street. It is in a great location close to a lot of excellent restaurants, a Walmart was close by, and we were literally down the street from the meeting point for our Bio Bay kayaking tour. Our only negative would be the lack of lounge chairs at the pool. But everything else was outstanding!

Excellent location and very nice condo

This place was a perfect getaway. The views on the roof were amazing. We loved how there were so many things to do by foot or just a short drive away. Everything was well kept and clean. Can't wait to come back and visit!

Great Location, Beautiful Apartment

Absolutely fabulous spot. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk. Lots of restaurants in both walking and short drive distance. Apartment is beautiful and was spotless.

Great place. Great space. Close to beach but not oceanfront. You have to cross a thoroughfare to gain access to a public beach/campground. Great pool. Very clean.

Totally recommended

It was our first time in PR and couldn't be better. The property is well maintained, clean and the decoration taste is flawless. It has everything needed for a great time at the beach with family and friends. The roof top is perfect for a hangout in the evening after a day at the beach or adventuring around! Totally recommend.

Puerto Rico getaway with friends

We enjoyed our stay in the clean, spacious and secure condo surrounded by minimalistic fencing / gaited entrance. Enjoyed immersing,ourselves in the Puerto Rican culture as we made a short walk to the beach and local open air bars and restaurants

Beautiful location and property

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment is spacious and well-appointed. The roof deck is beautiful with lovely views. It is very convenient to several beaches. There was road construction in front, but it was easy to cross to the beach. We enjoyed the local restaurants within a short walk.

Great Vacation

Everything was great the owners and the property manager were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will book again. The only draw back was there was construction across the street so getting in and out of the location was at times a bit difficult but overall it was a great location plenty to do and places to eat.

Impressive property - area under construction

Stayed with 3 generations - ages 7-70. condo was immaculate and beautiful, and well-stocked with almost everything we needed.
