Beautiful 4 bedroom waterfront home with beautiful deck over looking the lake. This home has an Inlaw apt in the walkout basement. Has three living rooms, two full kitchens, private deck off 1 of the master bedroom. 3 full bathrooms first bath with a 2 person whirlpool and shower , second bathroom with one person whirlpool and shower, 3rd bathroom with shower, 1/2 bathroom on main floor.
This is a very unique property that has 800 ft of shared water front with 2 acres of pristine landscapes lawn great for games.
You could rent one home or three of our homes, which are all in the same area so many families could share the waterfront as a family reunion, events, wedding parties, or just rent one and enjoy a get away.

Excellent property and home. It absolutely exceeded my expectations!! Communication with our host was extraordinary. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a quiet, relaxing get away.

The house was great. Yes, the downstairs is a bit musty. So is the walk out basement of every lake house we've stayed in. This one has windows you can open, and it helps to get fresh air in, especially when its cooler outside. I would recommend the owner get a bigger dehumidifier or a smaller one for each bedroom downstairs rather than the single small one.Tons of kayaks, paddle boards, a canoe, all in great shape. Fully equipped kitchen, upstairs and down! Master bathroom upstairs needs some way to hang towels. Despite reeds and lily pads, the bottom of the beach was sandy, at least in the shallows, not mucky. AC downstairs and in bedrooms worked great. Our only real issue was that the beds could be more comfortable. They were just ... fine. And a minor issue was that downstairs, there's a tv but none of the furniture is oriented to be able to watch it.

Pros: The location is beautiful and the house is very large. Cons: Check-in instructions were not provided. Was hassled at check out due to differing check out times. Had power outage prior to check in and were left to get the house back functional (resetting breakers &cleaning up melted ice in and around fridge)Lack of function in main suite. There were no nightstands, no towel racks or hooks, nowhere to get ready in the bathroom (mirror available but no counter, counter with no mirror).Water toys were in disrepair. Stand up paddle with no fins, kayaks with no plugs, life vests missing foam pieces.

The home was located in a beautiful setting and had three levels with private guest areas on each level. This allowed our guests to be together, while also enjoying some privacy.

We totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back. It was in a terrific location as well. The issues we had were that the lighting in the rooms were not adequate. We found it too dim in the evening, there was no cable TV so we watched Red Sox games on our computer. The separate apartment in the walkOut basement was lovely, however, there is a strong musty odor and the humidifier and heat pump had to run constantly which made it uncomfortably cold and really didn’t do anything to mitigate the odor.

Clean, peaceful and well appointed, however it felt weird as it was more like a house-share than a vacation rental as the owner lives here when not rented out.Lower Level of house: Terrible moisture problem in basement which made the entire lower-level smell very musty. Both bedrooms were very damp as well as the bedding and clothing. We were instructed by host/owner to continue to empty a small dehumidifier in the basement to help with the moisture, but we had to do this 2 or 3 times each day. Closets and dressers had owner belongings in them.The beds were very uncomfortable and 1 bed broke and fell a couple inches each time we climbed in it.Main level of house: Was very nice but the cabinets and wine bar both had owners personal food boxes as well as owners wine and booze and personal pictures. The locks on the door were VERY difficult to use and it took a lot of attempts to unlock the door each time we left the house.Bedroom on this level again had owners clothing and personal belongings in the closets and bathroom.3rd Floor: Very large and nice furniture. No night stands near bed and ALL dresser drawers were filled with personal items and most of the closets were filled with personal belongings as well. The bathroom was clean, however every drawer in the vanity was filled with personal belongings and products. But the worst part of this bedroom was when we unmade it for cleaning staff I discovered the pillows had drool and blood stains. Gross
