Timeless Traditions is a gorgeous 3 story home in the quaint neighborhood of "The Courtyard" nestled in central Crystal Beach. Our spacious 4 bedroom home sleeps up to 12 guests & has parking for 4 vehicles. You'll experience a trip of a lifetime being a few minutes walk to the beach & lounging at our private optionally heated pool. The true southern feel of Timeless Traditions will encompass you with wrap around porches, natural & airy lighting indoors, & the cozy feel we've created for guests!
The Space:
Timeless Traditions is exactly what we envision our guests having year over year at our stunning home. Our home is located in the center of Destin, in the highly desired Crystal Beach neighborhood, just a short walk (approximately half a block) to white sugar sand public beach access along Scenic Highway 98.
We can accommodate up to 12 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Guests can bring up to four vehicles, plus golf cart parking. Please find alternative arrangements for any RV, trailer, or watercraft vehicles during your stay, as there is not adequate space for these at our home & our HOA does not permit us to allow these vehicle types.
We always recommend our guests take full advantage of the exclusive deals we're able to offer for a street legal six passenger golf cart rental during your stay. Not only is it fun to cruise around in, but it takes the dread out of lugging all your beach items along on a walk. Our community is very golf cart friendly, and it can be driven on any road 35MPH & below, giving you easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants without the hassle of loading everyone in the car!
When you arrive at Timeless Traditions, you'll be enamored with the lush landscaping & maybe even hope to get a slight breeze to drift a scent of the jasmine on the front porch your way. Our home is tucked into a cozy "courtyard" type block, leaving you feeling away from the hustle & bustle, but still being within minutes of everything "Destin". The wrap around porch can lead you right the back deck if you're ready to skip right to relaxation mode! Keyless entry to the front door provides guests with a seamless check in, with unique codes for your stay provided the day of your arrival.
As you enter our home, the natural light and vaulted ceilings will certainly have you in awe! You'll walk right into the living room that features leather couches, and a few accent chairs surrounding a SmartTv to accommodate the whole family. The open layout includes the dining area right off the living room, with a round table to enjoy meals at.
The kitchen leaves no stone unturned for the chef in your group. Enjoy ample counter space, and cupboards to store your food, a rare commodity in a vacation rental! We offer a full suite of stainless appliances, complete with a French door refrigerator, double oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. You'll have dishes, silverware, cutlery, baking dishes, pots & pans, blender, toaster, crock pot, rice cooker, cups, wine glasses, waffle maker, and even a small spice rack! Coffee drinkers can enjoy a regular drip coffee pot (with a reusable filter) & a Keurig, just bring your preferred coffee & cream! We pride ourselves in offering a variety of items for guests to cook as they normally would at home, but we do ask that you bring along your own food, drinks, preferred spices, oils, foil/plastic wrap, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, and paper towels as these items are either lightly provided or not guaranteed.
We understand bringing your tiny travelers along can cause some stress when packing, because let's face it, you have to bring it ALL! We lighten that load for our guests by providing a pack and play, highchair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware. These items are always at the listing, so no need to request them or pay an additional fee for the peace of mind and a little extra room in your luggage!
The first floor also offers a full sized laundry room with front loading washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and a convenient hanging area for all your laundry needs. We do supply a small box of laundry soap for one load of laundry, but please bring along your own for any additional laundering needs.
The first bedroom of our home is located directly down the hall from the kitchen area, and is perfect for those in your group that may have mobility issues & unable to make the trek up the stairs. This is a King bedroom that includes a SmartTv, ample closet space with a dresser, and its own private exit to the back deck & pool area. A full bathroom is found right next to the King bedroom, however it is only accessible in the hallway, and is not an en-suite bath. This bathroom has a spacious vanity with double sinks, toilet, and a shower & tub combo.
Up to the second floor, the second bedroom is our King master suite. This room boasts a King bed, SmartTv, Couch, Walk in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom allows you to get ready with luxury with his and hers sinks, a standup shower, and a large corner tub. Guests staying here can enjoy the privacy of a large private balcony with seating to enjoy a lazy morning or a laid-back evening!
The third bedroom is where we envision the kids will enjoy! We have two twin over full bunk beds here, a SmartTv, and a large walk in closet. A little bit of fun is added with the LED lights lining the ceiling, with a mounted remote to change it up!
Up to the third floor is the fourth and final bedroom. This is a King room, complete with a SmartTv, couch, walk in closet, and a bonus coffee bar (regular drip & Keurig machines provided). Yet another private balcony is located exclusive to this room, with seating to enjoy that Cup of Joe right from your room!
Back downstairs, the back deck is where Timeless Traditions will be enjoyed and remembered for years to come. With pure "relax mode" in mind we offer a comfy outdoor sectional, hammock overlooking the pool, pool loungers, and a few Adirondack chairs for everyone's enjoyment. A propane grill is provided (propane included), and even an outdoor shower to make cleaning off the sandy day a breeze! Everything is surrounding our large "sport" pool, meaning no deep end to worry about, with an approximate depth of 3-4 feet across the entire pool! We're happy to offer pool heating available for your stay, please inquire for our seasonal rates available!
Guests can walk off the back deck, right onto Mark Street to dead end into Scenic 98 for an easy walk to the beach!

A few important things to note:
-Golf Cart rental is not included in your stay. We're happy to offer our guests golf cart rentals at a deeply discounted rate from a local, reputable company--you won't find this deal anywhere else! Please let us know upon booking if you'd like us to reserve it for you! Golf cart rentals are not permitted with student parties under 25 (insurance reasons) and unfortunately no exceptions can be made.
-Pool Heating is not included in your stay, please inquire on seasonal rates available.
-We are NOT pet friendly at this location, so please make accommodations for your fur babies in advance.
-Our cleaners supply a courtesy supply of toiletries for roughly the first day or so of your stay (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, laundry soap, dish detergent) but guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed. We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (ziplocs, foil etc) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items.
-We do provide beach towels for guests to use poolside or at the beach, as we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces. Any other beach/pool items are not provided or guaranteed.
-We are always available for our guests anytime before and during your trip. It is highly encouraged to read our listing in detail for any questions about the space, location, and amenities. We ask, please, for NO text message communication as you will not receive a response. Our strong preference is communication directly through your booking platform so that we have all the details of your trip to make assisting you a breeze. If you're a first time traveler, please download the app of the platform you've booked your trip on for ease of access to your trip details & communication.
-Our home is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival & we attempt to catch every detail. If something needs attention upon check-in, please notify us ASAP so that we can properly address the issue. Please keep in mind that we are a small business that strives for the best, and that cleaning is done by fallible humans. Although we have a stellar cleaning crew, mistakes happen, and they are happy to remedy anything that was overlooked.
For more immediate needs and emergencies please place a phone call to Matthew (and be sure to know the logistics of your trip such as the dates and location). We can be reached most times of the day, but ask for no late night contact-we will do our absolute best to take care of any needs and questions as soon as they arise!
You will be super close driving distance to anything you have planned or desire to do during your stay. We typically recommend taking an Uber or Lyft as they are very popular in the area and always less expensive that a normal taxi. You can definitely take a short walk to the beach, and it is almost always easier than driving around looking for parking! Grocery delivery is also available in our area from local grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Publix, WinnDixie, Walmart, and Target via InstaCart or Shipt. Sams Club is located approximately 20 minutes west, in Fort Walton Beach.
