The kitchen was stocked very well, bathrooms, bedrooms all were great, glad we had some battery back-up with the power outages we had on the island, view from our lanai was great and the pool area was very nice, we would definitely stay again.

Nicely furnished and stocked. Location is excellent. A quick walk to downtown Cruz Bay. A little longer walk back with the hill, but it’s really not that bad of a walk. Would absolutely stay there again!

The view from the Sand Dollar was spectacular, you are high on the hill overlooking the Cruz Bay. This was probably the most well-equipped rental we've stayed in. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the beach bags and towels were a very nice and useful touch. We very much enjoyed the pool and grill as well. We actually hung out at the rental for the better part of 2 days on our trip because it was so nice and relaxing.

Absolutely loved our stay at Sand Dollar @ Battery Hill! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could think of, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The harbor views were stunning—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.The location couldn’t be better—just a short, easy walk into town with great shops and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient vacation spot!

Perfect getaway!

The coin do was in an easy location to Cruz bay! A lot of extras in the kitchen and the patio facing the bay was beautiful! Would recommend for a family.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Nice to meet Joe and have him walk us through the setup. Someone clearly put a lot of thought into what was needed to make a comfortable and successful stay. We'd be more than happy to visit again.

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying at Sand Dollar!. The property and location were great. Nice views of Cruz Bay. The staff was very helpful and responsive. All the extras at the condo were a treat and appreciated. We would definitely book again.

The owner was great but communication with property management was poor. The place was really nice with everything we needed. Had a great stay. Would rent again.

Loved it!

Excellent location an easy walk to bars, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the geat view from our private deck and we loved having a pool. Accommodations were clean the kitchen had everything we needed.

Wonderful place

Fantastic place. It's very comfortable. You'll hear music from Cruz Bay but that 2 okay for us. The walk home is challenging with the uphill but your glutes will thank you

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the Sand Dollar. The complex of condos is quite close to town so a car isn't needed if you want to walk (up and down a hill or two). The pool was a nice place to actually cool off and relax in the evenings. The condo was very clean and had pretty much anything you needed. We cooked some dinners and the kitchen was well stocked. The view from the balcony is really great and a nice evening hang out spot as well. We would rent again.

Amazing View

We rented 3 units at Battery Hill and loved all of them! Each one was unique and offered. Sand Dollar had more amenities than we could've asked for. The view was amazing and the owner hospitality was spectacular. Who doesn't love a welcome gift? thank you also for the extra beach bags!

We Liked This Condo!

Condo was clean and well stocked with things we definitely needed while there. Pool is nice; I was told there was a hot tub but we never found one. Walk to Cruz Bay and beach is 10 minutes or more and hill is fairly steep although the exercise was good. No wifi at first but someone fixed it once I called. Beds and furnishings were comfortable. I would stay here again. We felt safe and liked being close to Cruz Bay. Taxis were easy to get and drivers were great. Watch out for the tourists who are rude drivers! Locals/natives are friendly, polite and helpful.

Perfect stay in Cruz Bay!

We loved our time at Sand Dollar at Battery Hill and cannot wait to return! We were so impressed by how well stocked everything was at the condo, we truly felt like we were home! Everything we needed was already there, including a welcome basket with snacks, drinks, and beach toys for my 4-year-old (thank you St. John Signature Condo & Villas!). Christine's condo was comfortable, clean, and a perfect location when staying in St. John during the busiest week of the year! We loved taking in the view on the patio for coffee in the morning, and enjoyed the nice refreshing pool after completing 8 Tuff. Having a laundry room on site was an added bonus to make packing much easier. We always look forward to our time on island, and we were looking up dates to return to Sand Dollar before we even left! Thank you Christine for your hospitality and thoughtfulness, we can't wait to return!

This is a great property, and we had a wonderful stay. The only thing to note is that the walk to town was a little more than we expected. The property is on a hill- which provides beautiful views!- but there is a definite incline. One way is incredibly steep, the other is much more doable but takes a little bit longer. For us, this was not a deal breaker at all but if someone were to have any mobility issues it could be. The hosts were very quick to respond and great to work with. We loved our stay and hope to return.
