This house worked out great for us as we were in the process of moving to Summerlin. 215 access is great-easy to all parts of the city. Also huge plus to have the garage parking!

I would definitely use this property again. It was exactly what my family and I needed for our trip. The overall property is a little dated, but perfectly adequate. Very clean and comfortable! The owners left very easy to understand directions on the check in/out process. The best thing about this property is location! Directly down the street from Las Vegas Blvd and less than 25 minutes away from Fremont. I will definitely be visiting again and hopefully will get the chance to stay here again!

This is a lovely home. We would stay here again. We travel full-time using vacation rentals and this was suitable enough. No stairs. Not much walkability except around the neighborhood.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with your pet in Las Vegas, this is it! I really enjoyed the patio. Privacy, quiet and beautiful desert plants everywhere made the patio my favorite place for morning coffee. This place looks exactly as amazing in person as it does on VRBO.

This is exactly what we wanted and needed for a long weekend getaway. The neighborhood was quiet, and it was nice to be away from The Strip. Just watch out for the teddy bear cactus along the driveway!

House was nicely appointed and kitchen well equipped. In garage parking was available with remote. The hosts added many nice amenities in the house. My favorite was the coffe bar in the kitchen with a regular coffee maker and an espresso maker and all the supplies. Communication with the hosts was great.

Great place

The house was as stated in the listing, great location for sightseeing outside of Las Vegas and in good neighborhood. Extra bonus the patio is amazing with seating, fire pit, and flowers everywhere which was amazing.

Loved our 4 night stay while visiting Vegas. Location is perfect for red rock canyon, the strip, golf courses and many restaurants. House was clean, quiet neighborhood, great outdoor space and easy communication with owner

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with convenient parking in the garage. High ceilings and a great backyard complement a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms separated from the living area. The location is fantastic with the mountains, airport, and Strip all within 20 minutes! Kathy and Fred were effective communicators and made the check-in and check-out experiences seamless.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and did not use the kitchen much, but it is fully stocked and there are beautiful place settings on the tables. Property is a bit dated but very clean. The front and back yards have beautiful and interesting plants, and the back yard has a fire pit. Easy parking with access to garage. Host checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok. Clear check-out instructions were appreciated! Thank you and we would stay again!

Great single-story house. House was easy to find and very clean. Lots of great plants in the back courtyard. In a safe, residential are that’s an easy drive to the strip, stadiums etc. Host was helpful. Great stay!

Perfect For Our Family

We wanted to stay off strip and hike around Red Rock Canyon for a couple of days. This three bedroom house was perfect for our family. It was clean, safe, and our hosts were so accommodating and great at communication. If we come back to Las Vegas on a family vacation we will be Staying here again!

The home was clean, welcoming and well stocked with necessities. The neighborhood was quiet, which allowed us to enjoy the wonderful back yard. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
