Summer trip

Amazing property! Great area! Clean and fully stocked! There is a golf cart so the dock is a quick 1 min trip! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Family Stay!!

We had an amazing time! The property was the perfect size for our family of 11 (7adults and 4 kids)! Everyone had plenty of room to relax and hang out! Of course, the kids loved being driven around on the golf cart! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Family home

This house was perfect for our family celebrating our parents 50th Anniversary! Ages 10-75, great family spaces and also plenty of room to spread out. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and bedding. Lots of refrigerator space, washer/dryer and large ice machine perfect for the lake! Great location and having the golf cart was a huge bonus!!

Beautiful home! We have been staying in Bass Lake for over 40 years and this was our favorite rental so far. Very responsive hosts and quick to fix an issue with the golf cart which we very much appreciated. Our kids loved the backyard which was so nice to have the extra space for them to play. The fire pit in front was a great feature to enjoy the evenings. We will definitely be back next year!!

2024 Bass Lake Vacation

Friends are the Family you Choose! Our kids have grown up together and we usually vacation winter, spring and summer together. This trip was one of the best ever. The house was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much.

Yosemite Triathlon

My friends and I were staying in the property for a long weekend partaking in the Bass Lake Triathlon. The house was located within a 5 min golf cart drive or 15 minute walk to town. The house itself was very clean, everything was new and the basement, bedrooms, kitchen and living room were all very spacious. The golf cart was a very convenient added bonus and the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful.

This house presents fantastic, however it felt like it was top notch maybe 3 years ago and hasn't been well kept since. We seemed to have unfortunate incident after incident...-Front door lock was totally dead, we couldn't get in and it was HOT. We'd just hit up Oakhurst Vons with about 1000 worth of food. -The house literally had a pile of smoke alarms on a counter, none were connected let alone on the ceiling?! *we're informed there were a few outlet versions temporarily-We sat down on the game room couch and part of it fell backwards, another part wasn't able to connect to the pieces next to it.-We'd simply walk around the edge of a bed and the post top pieces would literally fall off if bumped. -The game room "casino" didn't work at all. -Lastly, and the most upsetting to us, was the "guest" boat-slip. PLEASE confirm it is fixed if you plan to use it. We're experienced boaters and it was missing/broken/stripped 3 of the 6 cleats to tie it down and ZERO protection around the entirety of the slip borders (the protection was ripped off and sitting on the deck! Mind you the spot is the end of the dock (and it protrudes far into the lake) where the waves do NOT stop during a summer day. Docking our boat with 8 buoys was impossible! Our boat got extremely scratched. Communicating this to the host was met with hostility and a suggestion to find another place to dock because it was implied it was our fault. **We do not believe the price/night reflects what you get.

Fantastic place. A bit away from the lake, but the cabin is awesome so you can spend all the time there. Some logistic:Full kitchen. You can cook large meals here. Multiple grills and a smoker. TVs in multiple rooms. Sends kids to the game room and you won’t hear from them. Good WiFi coverage. The router needs to be rebooted from time to time. It’s in the in AV rack in the closet room in the game room. Jacuzzi is great. And easy to operate. They don’t charge for jacuzzi. The golf cart is great. Make sure you plug it in overnight. The keypad lock doesn’t work on the first try. Just keeping trying. Sometimes it takes three tries. Three AC thermostats. But some rooms still stay warm. Plenty of fridge space. Commercial ice maker. You will have enough ice to serve a hundred people. Hosts respond very quickly.
