Come relax in comfort in this beautiful bungalow on the North Coast with 24 hr security, pool, tennis court, playground and gym on site. Starbucks Coffee, KFC, Pizza Hut, CPJ Supermarket, Devon House Ice Cream, Scotchies Jerk, Knutsford Express and a pharmacy within walking distance. This lovely 2-bedroom bungalow is one of the few fully air conditioned homes in the area. Escape to cool comfort with ceiling fans throughout. If you prefer natural air, all windows and exterior doors have insect screens, so just open them up and enjoy the sea air. There is a front porch to sit and relax and a fully equipped kitchen. You will have Wi-Fi and Fire TV Sticks for your programming entertainment with a 65" TV in the living room and 39" TV in the front bedroom. There is a three (3) stage water filtration system on the house, so no need to buy bottled drinking water. This is an eco friendly home, with a lush garden, lovely backyard and beautiful lawn. The water heater is solar powered with an electric backup heater just in case. Washer & dryer at no extra charge. Book now !

You will have access to everything except my storage cupboards with locks on them. Starter supplies provided include toilet tissue, paper towels, mini body lotions, shampoo & conditioner, mini soap bars and garbage bags.

The A/Cs have sensors. They will only operate when you are in the room and all the doors and windows are closed. So, for example, if you go into the bedroom and turn it on, but there is a door open, it will turn off within 3 minutes. Another example, if you go into the bedroom, turn it on, exit the room and close the door, the A/C will shut off after 30 minutes, because it will sense you are not in the room.

Guests have complimentary access to the clubhouse, outdoor swimming pool and kiddies play area. There is a small rental fee for pool chairs, fitness center and tennis court use that is collected there at time of use.

Peace and quiet.

This property was peaceful and quiet, beautifully manicured and spotless. Everything you could need starter supplies wise was right at your fingertips. Kirk (Host) was amazingly communicative and friendly. The location was close to anything you could need. The best Scotchies and brand new super market/gas station is within 5 minutes. The guard station made us feel very secure. We loved it here and actually would love to stay with Kirk at this property again.

Very nice property

House was very nice; exactly as shown / advertised. Rooms are great; beds comfy. Very clean. Towels are plenty (both bath and beach). Kirk - our host - was super accessible throughout our stay. Check in was no problem (despite our delayed arrival) - easy peasy. We played tennis daily and courts are great; quite unused. Pool was also great.

Wonderful

Kirk was great, and a great communicator. You can tell her takes a pride in the house, it was so clean, and such a wonderful neighborhood.

Location, location, location. I'm originally from Kingston and as a child while going on family trips to Trelawny where my dad is from, we would always stop in Ocho Rios. I was always in awe of St. Ann's natural beauty and laid back feel. This property is located only 10 mins from Ocho Rios. After a long journey from overseas it's pretty easy to reach this accommodation because it's central to all airports, 28 mins from Fleming Intl, 1hr 20 mins from Sangster Intl and 1hr 30 mins from Manley Intl.

The home is located in a fully gated RESIDENTIAL and secure community. It is quiet and the security is always on duty. You have complimentary access to the clubhouse, outdoor swimming pool, kiddies play area.
