Stayed here for Ink2026. The place was excellent, clean and cozy. Any minor issues were communicated and fixed quickly by Joyce and Don. Highly recommend for future travelers.

Wonderful stay!

Very nicely furnished, bed was extremely comfortable, very clean and nice touches throughout. Conveniently located with access to restaurants, outdoor activities, and shopping.

Wonderful Stay!

This was our 2nd stay and it was just as delightful as the first! This property is so clean and cute! Don & Joyce do a fabulous job as hosts - we won’t stay anywhere else when we come home to visit! Excellent all around!

A slice of Heaven

Our stay at the Wayside Guest House was amazing. This was our first VRBO experience and the owners hit it out of the park. The home was cozy, comfortable, and convienent to downtown Mansfield. Loved the small touches which made our stay feel welcoming. Definitely a must stay if you are in the Mansfield area.

The Wayside Guest House is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The location is quiet. It’s convenient to food shops - the Pumpkin Seed Market is a two-minute walk away and carries all the necessities and other things you didn’t know you needed. Wayne’s Country Market is only a mile and a half down the road and offers a variety of fresh baked goods, wine, and even seasonal flowers for the garden. You can enjoy a delicious brunch or dinner at 1285 Winery (at the Blueberry Patch) less than two miles away and hike the trails at the beautiful Gorman Nature Center (just over a mile away). The guest house is very clean, perfectly decorated, and well-stocked with everything you might need for your stay. If you want to stay in and cook your meals, you will find all the amenities. A CD player is available (along with some relaxing music CDs) as well as family games to play in the garage and basement. The Wayside is wonderful and the owners are fabulous. You won’t regret renting this guest house.

Quilting and Family Visit

Wayside Guest House is excellent in every way. It is a sweet visit to “Grandma’s House” where one is pampered and cared for Check in simple! Kitchen and bathroom facilities met all our needs and over and above. Every room was Clean and artistically decorated !!

Just as described - clean, comfortable, convenient to both Mansfield and Lexington. We were in town for the races at Mid-Ohio and found a really nice "back route" to the track. The home is well stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen amenities, and being able to put our motorcycles in the garage was an extra, unexpected bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, Clean Home

This property is even nicer than the pictures! It is extremely clean and charmingly decorated. The beds are very comfortable. And the neighborhood is a great place to walk. I would give this property and the owners six stars if possible!
