Welcome to Condo Indigo in the Ipana Condos in sunny Playa del Carmen. This convenient central location puts you close to all major attractions in Playa. You are only 1 block walking distance to 5th Avenue.
The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully equipped for your comfort, the main room has 1 King bed and the guest room with 2 single beds, fans, air conditioning and flat screen television each. The main bedroom and the living room have access to a large and comfortable furnished terrace
The kitchen is fully equipped and has cooking facilities, it has a dining area for 4 people. In addition, there is Wi-Fi connection throughout the condominium.
Ipana Condos are a 2-minute walk from Mega, a supermarket, and DAC. Also, if you enjoy golf, the Hard Rock course is only 2 miles away in Playacar.
At Ipana you'll have access to a fitness center for those days when you don't feel like running on the beach or doing yoga outdoors; spa; bar; swimming pool specifically designed for the youngest residents; another one for adults and a semi-Olympic size pool; underground parking; six elevators; and green areas for residents, as well as a rooftop bar. All of this within but with independent access and exclusive resident-only areas
MONTHLY PRICING:
- For all the rentals we require security deposit.
- Vacation Rent: $500 USD Security Deposit.
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Utilities + $1,000 USD Security deposit.
- First and Last month.
- Pet Fee $100 USD (non refundable)
