We had a wonderful mother-daughters stay! The house was perfect, from the beginning to the end. Everything was as described, and we lacked for nothing. The location was just right, only short drives or walks to all the things we wanted to do. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and the back yard and front porch were perfect for relaxing morning and evening chats. Communication with the owner was very simple. We highly recommend this property!

Absolutely beautiful home. Perfect configuration for three couples. Each had their own bathroom. We didn’t cook any but the kitchen was amazing Much better than what you usually experience with a rental. We will definitely stay with this host again.

Our stay was fantastic! The kids absolutely loved the backyard, and the inside of the home was adorable, tidy, and very well kept. It was fully stocked with more than we could have thought of — everything we needed and then some. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the VRBO. The house had lots of charm, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the house was super clean. The beds were very comfy, and the location was great for a walk to St. George Street and the fourth of July fireworks. We celebrated the 250th anniversary of America with a family barbeque in the back yard. The yard was adorable with lots of seating and a huge grill. The putting green was a big hit with the kids and adults as well. Parking was ample; we were able to fit three large vehicles in the driveway. Thank you to our host Volkmar and our property manager Katie for making our stay so pleasant!

The location is fantastic for an easy stroll to historic district one way, a distillery/restaurant another way, & beautiful neighborhoods along the route. The beach is about 5 miles away, simple to drive to. Casa Coquina is lovely, immaculately cared for, well equipped, & very comfortable. They even have beach chairs, umbrellas, & towels! We enjoyed our home base immensely.

Perfect Spot

The house was absolutely perfect!! My friends and I discussed it was the most well appointed rental we have ever stayed in. Proximity to town was exactly as described - very walkable!! Quiet neighborhood and quick communication with the owner! 10/10!!

The bedrooms were nicely appointed! The beds were so comfortable! The house is wonderful and absolutely beautiful! The putting green and the fire pit in the back were such a great surprise. I was honored to be able to rent a house as beautiful as this one. There is not one thing you need and it is close to everything! I never wanted to leave.
