House was great! Very comfortable and very clean. The location is amazing. Walked the beach everyday - found lots of seaglass! Debra was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Loved this house - just perfect for a relaxing few days! Thank you Debra!

Wonderful quiet setting. Beach is rocky very little sand but very little use so it’s almost like you have your own private beach. Lots of sea glass and beautiful views! So convenient to Lubec and area attractions. Highly recommend.

This is such a great cottage! The view is stunning and never gets old. We loved the quietness of the location. We walked the beach and looked for interesting rocks every day. The sunrises are spectcular! It's very close to great hiking trails of all levels.The kitchen appliances are all new and very easy to use. We love to cook and the cookware, knives, cutting boards, etc, are all in great condition.The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the sheets and towels are high quality and there are plenty.We spoke to a neighbor who walked their friendly dog by the property and they made some great recomendations for excellent (easy) hikes in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay, breath-taking location

Comfortable stay with all you could need plus extras...fabulous deck to relax and take in the incredible views of Lubec channel, West Quoddy Head and Campobello Island...stroll the beach and look for treasures. A true DownEast vacation spot!

The house had everything we needed to get away for a peaceful visit. We watched the sun rise every morning. The beach was great to go for long walks every day and we got the rest we needed.

A perfect spot for a family getaway! Right on a breathtaking beach with gorgeous view. The house has everything you need and comfortable beds. It was so clean, and there is nothing but great things to say!

We were simply delighted with this cozy and comfortable waterfront cabin, beyond anything we were hoping for. The cabin is spacious, wonderful for relaxing on the deck or just a few steps away from strolling the beach, If you're considering this property, my advice to you is to GIBIG (Grab It Before It's Gone)!

Amazing location and view

Very well equipped cottage with really nice bedding. Gorgeous view and beach just steps away ! Lubec area is stunning , a couple great restaurants for a tiny town. We will return!

Fabulous Lubec Wedding

Everything was perfect like walking into a family home away from home! They provided absolutely everything that we could have wanted! The house was roomy 5 adults didn’t trip over each other and the beds and bedding were absolutely top notch! But the best part about the house is the location, so beautiful and peaceful the deck towards the bay was wonderful Highly recommend this house, I will be booking it again for a longer stay, thanks again

Perfect spot for a getaway!

We very much enjoyed our time at this property. Check-in was a breeze, and the cottage is well appointed. Host was terrific and a great communicator. The location of the cottage is very desirable! Many times we had the entire beach/sand bar to ourselves. Extremely quiet and peaceful, yet close to amenities. There's so much to do in the Lubec area. We would absolutely stay here again.

Everything about the property and process was the best I have experienced! Beautiful and clean house with everything you need. Right on the ocean. The kids will talk about this for years and we all hope to come back.

Good Times in Lubec

Debra Everything was great! The cottage is perfect for what we were looking for. The weather was spectacular and we really enjoyed exploring NE Maine and Campobellow island. The one downside of coming at this time of year is that there was really only one restaurant open. As a result lines and waits for a table were long. It might also be good idea to bring the cushions from the front deck chairs inside. to dry when there has been a lot of rain. They look and feel very dry, but after a five minute sit-down one's pants need to go in the dryer. . We realized when we were unpacking at home that we must have left a little salami and swiss cheese in the meat drawer in the refrigerator. .I apologize and hope the person who cleans found it Thanks again for everything. We really appreciate all of your help. Chris Small.

Seascape is a cozy and comfortable cottage with a wonderful location. The view from the front porch is spectacular, and it's just a short walk down to the beach. The cottage is well kept, has comfortable furniture and bedding, and has a great kitchen and dining area. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises, breakfast on the porch, and long walks on the beach. It was quiet and serene. The location provides easy access to West Quoddy Head, Campobello Island, and many fine hiking areas, including those of Cobscook Shores. Debra is an outstanding host.
