The house sits on about 140 feet of lakeshore. This lake is perfect for boating, fishing, swimming, floating, skiing, paddle boards, canoeing and kayaks, and has a variety of fish: pan fish, bass, walleye and pike.

Your home is located about 3 miles from the St. Croix Casino, with open sports betting, smoke free lounge, poker room, craps, table games etc. Within those 3 miles is also a bowling alley (full menu-great food) and modern conveniences. The casino also has great food, steaks & seafood. There will be a list of names of local restaurants in the welcome book.

The property has 2 bedrooms with queen beds on the second and third floors. The top floor has a private deck with incredible views. The 2nd floor has a foosball table, and 180 degree breathtaking views of the lake as well as the full bath with laundry. On the main floor we have a sleeper sofa. Full bath is on the 2nd floor, and 1/2 bath on main.

This property has access to 16+ miles of trails for hiking, running, snowmobiles, atv's or utv's. This is a great property for kids, as the water is shallow here, about 3.5 feet off the end of the dock. You have privacy but access to convenience. Perfect getaway for couples or families.
