We loved our stay at this adorable one bedroom water front property. The location was perfect to walking to dining and exploring! The property was clean, and well appointed. The host had great communication and regular check-ins to ensure our stay was going well. She also suggested some “hidden gem” restaurants we had not yet visited. We will definitely be back!

Location is fantastic for enjoying the board walk and historic downtown areas. Although near to action inside condo is quiet. Back porch literally on the boardwalk! Beautiful sunset views of the river. Only downside is no parking immediately to site, limited free parking first come first serve about 1 block away. Was not a problem for us. Responsive host has created a great spot ideal for couples.

Our stay was just as expected - it is very clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. Having a parking pass included was great and the parking lot was just a block away. The location is wonderful - we were able to walk to everything in the downtown area. The patio overlooking the riverfront was a great place to people watch and take in the scenery. Thank you for a wonderful visit; we will definitely be back!

My husband and I came for a couple of days and the property exceeded our expectations. It’s always the little things that matter the most. Creamers in the fridge for the coffee, toiletries bag (with tooth paste included as we forgot ours), body wash, shampoo, make-up remover, nice sheets, pillows (always important) and lastly washing machine pods! The view and location you CANNOT BEAT! We are coming back folks. We love Wilmington. Kudo’s to the owners. Cheers!

This was another absolutely lovely stay, and as always, we truly enjoyed our entire time here! Having stayed at this property multiple times, it continues to be our go-to getaway. The house features a beautiful view and offers incredible convenience, making it perfectly accessible to everything along the boardwalk. It provides the ultimate relaxing layout we need, and we already look forward to our next return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a flawless, stress-free stay!

This will be my Wilmington Vrbo for all future visits. The place was absolutely immaculate; identical to the pictures. The location was incredible; quiet at night but just steps from everything. Carole is the best host; so accommodating, and she really has thought of every detail to make guests feel at home. 10/10!!

This place was absolutely wonderful and truly surpassed what we were hoping for. It was incredibly convenient to be within walking distance of so many fantastic dining options. The entire space was remarkably clean, which always makes for a more enjoyable stay. We were also treated to an absolutely breathtaking sunset view every evening. The host was also quite welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to others. It's rare to find accommodations that tick all the boxes so perfectly. We're already looking forward to a potential return trip! Ideal parking is included.
