AMAZING 1700 square foot condo with TWO spacious gulf front bedrooms and their own balcony access. The 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and private bath.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a stainless steel appliances, blender, and everything else you need to make dinner for you and your family. There is a unique dining nook off the kitchen that can also be used as a game room for the kids.

Aqua Resort offers a variety of amenities with tons of great events and activities nearby in the Panama City Beach area for families and beach goers of all ages.

Some of the great amenities at Aqua are a pool side cafe featuring flat screen tv's and wireless internet, a media room, a whirlpool spa grotto. A pool area featuring a tropical pool deck, indoor/outdoor pool and additional relaxation pool and all just steps away from the gorgeous white sand and blue-green water. There is an Aromatherapy stem and treatment room and a fitness center with phenomenal views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Some area activities are Shopping and fun at Pier Park, Frank Brown sport complex, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, GulfWorld Marine Park, Fishing pier and charters, Golf, boat rentals, dolphin tours, bike, paddleboard and kayak rentals or just get out and enjoy the nature and serenity of the coast at one of the surrounding state parks. The options are limitless.

NOTE: Effective 1/1/21 ALL Aqua guests must PRE REGISTER for parking by going to http://www.aquaparking.net/ www.aquaparking.net guests will need to register and pay $35 per vehicle in order to park on site. This is an AQUA HOA rule and Warren Beach Rentals has NO latitude in the matter. Guests may purchase up to 2 Parking passes.

It was everything we expected!!

The condo was big enough and beautifully decorated. We watched the fireworks show at Pier Park from our balcony. Would definitely rent again!!

Overall good but could be cleaner

Upon arrival to the unit we found a dirty towel in the one of the bathrooms, sand on floors and ashes on balcony. It seemed obvious that the unit was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. Also, we had to call maintenance to come unclog one of the shower drains on the first night because it would not drain at all. (Maintenance came immediately and was very nice) We loved the location. Nice pool area, beach access, snack bar and gift shop.

All around great place!

This was our first time staying at Aqua and I will say it won't be our last. The communication from Warren Beach Rentals was timely, very detailed, and easy to understand. Upon our arrival we got right in using the code provided and were very happy at the cleanliness of the condo. This is one of the cleanest places we have stayed in years. The layout was perfect for our group of three couples, and everyone was very pleased with the accommodations and the location was perfect for our stay. All of the employees we encountered on the property (security, housekeeping, and snack bar) were very helpful and pleasant. The description of this unit was spot on and as I said earlier, we were impressed with the overall cleanliness of the condo. Well done.
