Beautiful one-story house near Summerlin - TP
This house was just tastefully renovated and beautifully furnished one story house near the upscale Summerlin area of Las Vegas. The house is within minutes of Tivoli Village, downtown Summerlin, Red Rock casino, Boca Park and many other shopping centers. This property does not have any reviews yet since it is BRAND NEW listing but we have several other properties in Vegas that we have been operating furnished corporate rental for over 10 years. We have over 385 5-star reviews on all rental platforms.
The space
This house is located in one of nicest residential area of Las Vegas Valley. Just east of Summerlin and North of Peccole Ranch. This is one story house and has three bedrooms and two full bath. Three rooms are used as bedrooms and they all have a very nice and comfortable medium-firm Ikea queen mattresses. We have a small working table in living room. There is a nice front and backyard. The house has a very fast internet connection with a Ring smart home system. If needed we can quickly add bedding to office to allow to convert into a nice bedroom (queen or twin bed). All furniture in this property is NEW!
Guest access
First has full access to entire house including two door garage and cozy backyard.

We are generally very flexible with our guests/tenant and can accommodate change requests.
