Beautiful 4 Bdrm home steps to the beach/Sleeps 10/Pet Friendly too!

This ideal pet friendly, gulf-side home with ample parking and lush green yard is located on beautiful Pensacola Beach which is known for its sugar white sands, sparkling emerald-green waters and a treasure trove of family focused fun.

Location, Location!
Easy access to both the Beach and Santa Rosa Sound. Just one house over for a quick 4-minute, paved walk to the Beach or a 2-minute stroll to the Sound for kayaking or fishing. Whatever you want to do, it’s easy to get there from here!

Open and Light
Inside the home you'll find an open living area with comfortable, stylish sofas, large Smart TV, and a spacious dining table that seats between 6 to 8 easily. Along with the well-equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee, eat in table and chairs, you will have everything you need to entertain your family and friends' night after night.

And when it’s time to get some rest, there are three of the four bedrooms located just off the main living area. The master bedroom features 1 King bed and a private bathroom with stand-alone shower and a large, jetted tub. Down the hall are the second and third bedrooms, one with 1 Queen bed, and the other with 1 King bed. Each bedroom has a brand-new Smart TV for all of your entertainment needs and shares a bathroom with a shower/tub combo adjacent to each room. Up the steps to the top floor of this home is the fourth bedroom with 2 sets of twins over twin bunk beds, 1/2 bath, and a TV area with loveseat, perfect for plugging in those game systems you know they can’t live without.

Let’s go outside . . .
From the living area, step out onto the wrap-around balcony which offers a dining table and makes for the perfect place to grill out and enjoy the cool breezes of the beach while spending time with family and friends. Downstairs in the garage area you’ll find a ping pong table for hours and hours of competitions, as well as all the chairs, toys and umbrellas you’ll need for your days at the beach!

The House was perfect and roomy. The beach was an easy and convenient walk from the house ! Plenty of activities to keep 4 teenagers busy for a week!! Thank you! We even got to see a water spout!

Great Place with Lots of Room

Great Vacation House!

The bunk room was amazing for the younger kids and the house had plenty of living space for all of us. Access to the beach was easy and only a 4-minute walk (if that). Restaurants, boardwalk, pier were only a 5-minute drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Adult family trip

Too many stairs for one older adult. Plenty of room to spread out. Amenities as described. We weren’t crawling all over each other. Nicely decorated. Did crafts, chilled out, played games, cooked, ate and were witching very close walking distance to the bay and Oceanside beaches.

Our family had two houses for Thanksgiving, and they were both perfect. The late check-in process was so easy. Any phone contact I had with the company was pleasant and efficient. I felt like they knew me! The home was updated and had all of the games, puzzles, ping pong table ready for our use. The kitchen was well-supplied and everything was comfortable. We would return to "The Roost" again.

Beautiful and comfortable home. Short walk to the beach access. The home is equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals, just bring your groceries! The basement has a ping pong table and darts and lots of beach gear. We had a wonderful stay! 3 stars on check in only because you have to go to the leasing office to get keys and return them. Everyone in the leasing office was very nice!

Place was great. Just a short walk to the beach. The only gripe I have is the refrigerator in the kitchen wasn’t working and they put a replacement in the dining room which took up a lot of space. Pillows could be better but overall it was a great place and value. Would definitely stay here again.
