Lovely view, big hot tub, large kitchen for preparing meals (there are very limited dining options on the island). We enjoyed our weekend stay.

Beautiful

Amazing stay. The view was beautiful. We hardly left the place and were so happy to just sit in the hot tub and relax. Will be back for sure!

We loved it! Beautiful home and the view is amazing! Loved the condiments and all necessities were there! The beach is beautiful and so happy it was close. Will definitely come back! Very cute island!!

Lummi family reunion

My extended family lives on Lummi Island and we came for a family reunion. We had a great time staying at the property. The views were incredible, the beds were super comfy and we made freshly picked blackberry smoothies every morning. It was an easy walk down to the beach and discovered a secret gnome hiking trail near the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Oceanfront Property - Amazing, Relaxing Stay :)

We loved the Sunset Escape house and the overall experience on Lummi Island. The property is lovely - very comfortable and clean with extra touches throughout that made us feel very welcome and taken care of. Jackie's communication was excellent from start to finish and we appreciated all of the clear check-in/out details. We especially enjoyed the hot-tub with the view over the ocean - highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful relaxing escape experience :)

Island Calm

Beautiful vista beyond compare. Ultra quiet save for a gentle breeze and birds talking. And the low hum of the hot tub pump. Slip in for sunset. Create in the well equipped kitchen. Seafood chowder and Chardonnay by the fire. Another poem read as the day winds down to a fine, comfortable sleep.

Lummi Island Retreat

Everything about the house and our visit was exceptional. The house is stunning, well equipped with everything we needed from additional blankets to appropriate baking and cookware, BBQ and a view that takes your breath away. Facing west was definitely the right choice for us as we looked through the binoculars (provided) into the sunset and the vast seas beyond. Let's your mind explore...for sure. It was also enjoyable waking to the hum of the tug boats doing their work to get ships through the channel. Thank you for offering up this lovely house.

Sunsets are amazing. Everything was high end and well kept. Very well appointed. Some dishes and utensils were dirty right out of the cabinets. The top of the oven hood/microwave was pretty greasy. We could not get some of the hot tub jets to function, but decided that the experience was great just quietly soaking as we looked out into the stunning beauty. We found what seemed to be the switch for the fireplace and when flipped on it seemed as though the fireplace would ignite, but alas it never did kick on. Host was informed about some of the issues and they said that they would check into things (after we left, since we never saw anyone). Just sharing in the interest of full disclosure since this was a splurge for us as we spent more for this stay than we spent to stay in Hawaii at an oceanfront condo and therefore expected near perfection, and it was close and still a strong five even with the aforementioned.
