Passeggiata in Lakefront Condo a Lake Of The Ozarks. Rilassati e goditi una fantastica vista del canale principale sul segnavia 21 miglia. Questo condominio per non fumatori si trova nel cuore di Osage Beach. A pochi minuti da tutti i negozi, vita notturna e divertimento per tutta la famiglia. Il lago offre 13 diversi campi da golf e, a pochi minuti di distanza, è possibile fare acquisti presso il World Class Factory Outlet Mall con oltre 100 negozi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti tra cui scegliere, da quelli casual a quelli raffinati.


La nostra passeggiata nel condominio è meticolosamente mantenuta e pulita. Abbiamo completamente attrezzato questo condominio con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Letto queen size e divano letto full size, cucina completamente attrezzata, frigorifero con ice maker, mobili da giardino e un grill elettrico per rilassarti e goderti la vista sul lago mentre fai il barbecue dal tuo balcone. Stare al fresco nella piscina sul lago, o si può pescare o nuotare da uno dei numerosi moli dotati di scale da bagno.

Great place to stay

We loved the screened-in deck-no bugs! We spent so much time out there enjoying the view. Clean condo with all the items you need for your stay. Would stay again!

Location!

The location was great and easy to get to anywhere in town. The condo is a small one bedroom but was clean and comfortable and the owners made checking in and out a breeze. I would highly recommend staying at one of their condos.

Our condos are centrally located at the 21 mile marker and with the new highway 54, it makes getting places faster and easier. We have always strived to make sure checking in and out of our condos makes it easy for our guests.

The room worked out just like we needed. The pool which was way too cold to get in is in an awesome place. Right by room & down a few steps. In summer you couldn’t ask for better location. Had everything & more. Parents had stayed here before & aunt lives in area so know it pretty well. Don & his wife were awesome host. Would stay here again.

We like to hear that our guests enjoyed their stay with us. We strive to make their stay enjoyable and comfortable. The pool area is very easy to assess. The pool area was redone a few years ago with all new furniture plus a portapotty. In the summer you also have access to get in the lake. Swim ladders are at the end of each dock. If you enjoy fishing, some of the docks have crappie beds. Or just do regular fishing for bass, catfish etc.

Great place to stay

We loved the location and cleanliness of the condo. The view was great and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. This was our first time with VRBO and it was a great experience. There was one little problem and they fixed it immediately. Great people to work with. Over all we loved it.

The Heron Bay Complex is centrally located at the 21 mile marker and with the new highway 54, you can get to your destination in far less time.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was quiet and peaceful and at a much better price than any hotel in the area. It was clean and had everything that I needed! I will be recommending this place to my friends in the future! It would be a great corporate condo! Debra

Since we started our business in 2003, it has always been part of our mission statement to provide an affordable vacation stay at our condo. We strive in keeping the condo clean and providing essentials needed for a carefree stay. Our prices are definitely cheaper than alot of the hotels in Osage Beach and plus, we are right on the lake!

Everything was good and comfortable. Only issues were loud music at midnight outside, and people above stomping on ceiling. Great communications with property owner and assisted with tv issues.

Thanksgiving

We went to meet with family for Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time. Had to contact host which were wonderful about the fact my husband had forgotten key code. Was just what we needed for the two of us. Little to cold to go out & enjoy the lake view but overall great.

Heron Bay

We stayed one night at this condo as a bonus vacation day preceding our reservation elsewhere. The room is small but tidy...perfect for a short visit! It is a walk-in unit from the parking lot, which is nice if you have a lot of things to carry in. The owner was friendly and very accomodating. We have stayed in the 20 MM area for several years as it is a short drive to stores/atttractions by land. It is also a midway point on the lake for the area we prefer to boat in.

Condo was nice, loved the screened in balcony, however, the bed was very hard, it had a musty smell (i think it was in the carpet), the entire place needs updated.

Lakeside condo

Everything was true to the photos. The owners are so nice - responded quickly with good information. I liked this place so much I am returning in the fall. I am probably not their typical guest. The attraction for me was not the swimming pool , the fishing, or the marina. I selected this rental because it is close to a week long activity that I do. It is also convenient to shopping and wonderful restaurants. I loved the fact I could just walk right in - no steps! It was wonderful to come home after a long day and just set on the balcony and enjoy the beauty. If you are in to boating, jet skis, fishing, and swimming, you will be over the moon happy staying here.

Lake of the Ozarks offers so many different activities, that you are sure to find what pleasures you enjoy. The lake offers everything from water activities, golfing, shopping, eating, and zip lining, just to name a few. After you have had your enjoyment for the day, you can come back to our condo and sit on our private deck and enjoy the serenity of the lake. Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We own a boat and have always enjoyed being down at the lake. We wanted to have a place of our own to stay, so we thought we would extend our condo out to the public. We presently now own 3 condos in Heron Bay.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Close proximity to dinning, shopping, entertainment for the all family,golfing and fishing. Fish from the docks and some docks have crappie beds. You can either swim in the pool or take a plunge into the lake, all the docks are equipped with swim ladders. Or you may decide to take a way along the walkway around the lake or play a game of tennis.
