This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6, with 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, and 1 Twin bed. Enjoy gorgeous scenic views through floor to ceiling windows in the living area. Step outside on to the private balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air and or fire up the gas grill for dinner. You may even see a humming bird or two with a feeder on the balcony!

The entryway features hooks, bench, and a closet for guest convenience when coming and going throughout the day. The open concept living area has a sectional sofa, large mounted Smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. There is a chess table and additional seating just off the living room. You will feel right at home in the well equipped kitchen, including all cookware needed to make a meal. The full-sized kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining area features surrounding windows offering treed views and the dining table comfortably seats eight. There is also a mini fridge located in the dining area.

The master bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a King and Queen bed, desk, surrounding windows, a flat screen TV, and dresser for storage. The private washer/dryer is located in the closet of the master bedroom. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity with new light fixtures and a shower/tub combination in the water room for added privacy. The first guest bedroom features a Queen and Twin sized bed and closet for storage. The third guest bedroom features a King sized bed. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

The Pines Condominiums are conveniently located in West Keystone, directly on the free shuttle route and within a mile of the Keystone Ski Area. Nestled in a quiet area, The Pines location is a perfect balance of proximity to the resort and some separation from the hustle and bustle of River Run Village so you can enjoy quiet and peaceful evenings. Steps away from the Snake River Rec-path, take a short walk to Lakeside Village or ride your bike to the Dillon Reservoir for a day by the water or the amphitheater. On-site pool and hot tubs are situated in an indoor atrium with massive clerestory windows looking out to the Snake River side of the property with views of the secluded courtyard and mountains beyond.

**Ultra-premium Linens** This property has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens that rival those of The Four Seasons. Enjoy extra soft oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. Take advantage of this added luxury because less than one percent of properties in Keystone offer linens of this quality.

**Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. Everything was awesome about this place I come to Dillion 3-5 times a snow season and this place has been out favorite we’ve stayed in. Very clean lots of room everything you need is there and put away cleanly. Will definitely be booking this place for our future stays!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floor in the two non-master bedrooms is super squeaky. That is anyone moving in one room causes loud creaks and pops and squeaks in the floor of the other room. Noises FROM the other room are expected, but noises IN my room would wake them up when I went to bed late and would wake me up when they would get up early (which is necessary, since we share a bathroom).

Easy access to ski area and Breckenridge. Great view from the condo. We enjoyed the fireplace. Plenty of room for us. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed lincluding seasonings!! We will stay here again

Great Winter Stay
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time at your condo. It was very spacious and allowed us to all gather for a pre-christmas holiday. Very easy in and out on the first floor which was great. Thanks for having a portacrib it was nice that my daughter didn't have to bring there's. Very clean and many enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The morning sunrise views were incredible. I did feel that the master tub was very hard and dangerous to get in and out of and could use some updates in the kitchen. Master bedroom was cold and those staying in the other bedrooms wished for black out blinds. It was well maintained and the manager gave good service as our coffee maker pot broke on the tile countertops and they replaced right away. I will certainly keep it as a favorite for future trips.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
