This open, airy, newly renovated 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment is right in the heart of town. Walk to all amenities; including coffee shops, market, deli, restaurants, quaint shopping stores, and antiques. Hike Mount Battie, Maidens Cliff; swim at Barrett's Cove on Lake Megunticook; Goose River Golf course is only 2 miles from here.
We are located in Camden Maine, an inlet of beautiful Penobscot Bay on the coast of Maine.

Beautiful loft in Camden

Our stay in this wonderfully decorated loft was great! Walked to great restaurants and centrally located to many small coastal towns and sites! It was so quiet and comfortable - would stay here again !!!

Adorable Place/Great Location!

We had a great trip to Camden and this rental was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed (and the washer and dryer came in very handy) during our vacation. Decorating was charming and the host was very responsive. We would love to come back for another stay!

The apartment was lovely and the owner was very accommodating. It's right in Camden and was the perfect kickoff point for all kinds of Maine adventures.

Beautiful place and a great trip!

We loved staying here and everything was excellent. Clean place with a full kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning. Camden was the perfect “home base” for our midcoast Maine trip. We got to see Acadia, Freeport, Portland, Rockland, Rockport, and more. The harbor views in Camden are incredible! We’d definitely come back to stay here in the future.

All is as advertised; apartment is small but extremely well appointed, lovely and such a positive environment, so many small touches that overall just make for a really nice stay. Would be very happy to come again.

The perfect apartment!

Very easy check in process, convenient parking, and a beautiful space. It is an easy walk into town which my friends and I did several times (even in heels). The apartment itself was comfy and very clean.

Perfect little getaway

This was the cutest little loft. It was better than the pictures. This location was fantastic as it was a short walk into the town of Camden. I would highly recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful property

Conveniently located right next to town, this vacation rental was perfect for a weekend getaway in Camden, Maine. We loved the decor and attention to detail in the kitchen and bathrooms. Cannot recommend enough!

Great location, clean and pretty apartment

We enjoyed our stay! It was easy to walk right into town (5 min or less) and also on the road that easily connects to Rockport/Rockland. Everything was clean and attractive in the apartment. Nice furniture and good light. Very easy parking access.

Comfortable, Quaint Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this two bedroom apartment. The location is perfect for walking into town. The kitchen is modern and well stocked. You’ll have everything you need here. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Comfortable Apartment in Cute Camden

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this loft apartment. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean as a pin. Lanita was super responsive and friendly. The location is perfect for walking to everything in downtown Camden. We couldn’t have had a better place to stay.

Beautiful, cozy special place to enjoy some quiet time. Perfect space for 2-4. Lovely appointments, and just a great place to be. Literally a 4 minute walk to downtown Camden! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Camden gem!

It was a trip away from the kids!! It was awesome! We pub crawled our way through the town, ate great food, took a cruise on Lazy Jack with great people and then walked back and crashed in this amazing condo that had everything that you could possibly need!! The host Lanita is amazing! If you ever go to Camden, you HAVE to stay here!! We certainly will again!! Thank you Lanita!😘

Great spot for a family of four

I would actually give this place 4.5 stars if I could. The place was clean and tastefully decorated. A great space for 4 people. The beds were quite comfortable and it was furnished with everything we needed. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions. The location was perfect! A short walk downtown to shops and restaurants. My only issues are that there is not adequate air conditioning so the bedrooms were quite warm at night, even with fans on and windows open. There was also not very much hot water. One person in our family of four made it through not quite a 10 minute shower, and the water was freezing cold for the rest of our family. We thought maybe it was a fluke the first time, but it happened for the remainder of our stay. Despite this, I winks stay here again if we make our way to Camden in the future.

Such a beautiful property!

We loved our stay in Camden and the property was perfect. So quaint, clean and perfect location to the town. Restaurants were amazing. We have been up and down the coast of Maine and Camden restaurants surpass them all. Mosaic (Mexican) is walkable from the property and food was delish. My only complaint and a very small one is the checkout instructions with having to do the dishes, strip beds, take out trash, etc. There is a cleaning fee that is charged when booking. Doesn’t seem right to ask for the guests to have to “clean” as well. Then to also have a tip envelope for the cleaner on the table? Makes me want to go back to staying at hotels with all the fees and requirements to stay at a property with these types of rental sites. Other than that, it really is an awesome property and would go back if I ever travel to Camden again.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location

Beautify property - tastefully decorated and fully appointed. Great location - just a quick walk to the downtown shopping/restaurant scene. We will definitely re-book the next time we visit!

Perfect loft apartment for a stay in Camden

We really enjoyed this apartment during our 1-week stay. Lanita was very quick to respond to any questions we had and the check-in process was easy. It was nicely decorated, comfortable, with lots of natural light. It is a thoughtfully appointed vacation space with everything you might need including a hairdryer, washer and dryer, and reusable shopping bags (Maine has banned single use plastic bags). The location is on a busy street but it faces the back and we were never bothered by road noise, even with the windows open. The other good thing about the location is because you're far enough away you can take back streets to avoid the traffic jam along the strip of Route 1 that goes straight through downtown Camden, yet you're still a brief walk into the heart of Camden for dining, shopping, etc. We would stay here again.

Weekday getaway

This flat was the perfect place to call home for our 3 night stay in Camden. The flat itself was beautiful with high end and thoughtful touches throughout. The location was perfect for walking into town for both coffee and dinner. I was sad to leave when it was time, and we definitely want to return.

Beautiful, colorful Maine !!

We took our granddaughter on her 13 year old trip - she chose Maine because of the lighthouses and colors - we were not disappointed ! The loft apartment was perfect !! So cute and quaint . Walking distance to downtown was definitely a plus !!

This unit was straight of a decor magazine! Beautiful decorated, inviting colors throughout and so comfortable! Convenient location. Walked into town and enjoyed the beauty of Camden. Will definitely come again.

In 1994 we packed up our family of 5 and moved from California to Maine; when we drove through Camden we said '' this is it! what can be cuter than this little town!'' Through the years we fell in love with the seasons (Southern California didn't have seasons!), the rugged seacoast of Maine, lighthouses and hiking. Two of our children got married in Camden and little did we realize this was a perfect 'destination wedding town'. This adorable 77 Elm Flat is painted green so you will feel like you are in nature and part of the trees that surround this apartment. We know you will enjoy your stay in Camden Maine! WELCOME!
