Thanks for staying with us. I'm not sure I understand your comment about our security system. We have hosted hundreds of guests on various platforms over the years and we have never had any issues with our security system. We find that most guests enjoy the extra piece of mind a security system provides when staying somewhere away from home. We would love to host you in the future.

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback and for choosing to stay at our property. We're delighted to hear that you found the home beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and that you had an overall good experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missing kitchen items during your stay. We understand how essential these items are for a comfortable experience. Since your visit, we've taken steps to enhance our kitchen amenities, including the addition of a new set of dishes and essential cookware. Regarding the washcloths and dishwashing stopper, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We've now stocked the property with extra washcloths and ensured that dishwashing stoppers are available for our guests. We also acknowledge the discomfort caused by the cooler temperatures in the downstairs and garage areas. To address this, we've added space heaters to those areas to ensure a warm and cozy environment for all our guests. Your comments about the check-in process are noted. We're reviewing our communication procedures to ensure that all necessary information is provided to our guests well in advance of their arrival. It seems like some people in your group lost some items. If any emergency repairs are necessary, we make sure to inform our guests and seek their approval before proceeding. Should you wish to discuss this further, we are here to help. We manage over 30 different homes in the Atlanta area encourage our potential guests to take a look at the thousands of reviews for this home and our many other homes on all the various short term rental platforms.

We opened our home to you and offered you a very considerate discount when you booked with us. In addition to offering, you a discount for being one of our first VRBO guests, we also gave you a discount for your military service. We showed you the discount you received via email and called you multiple times to show you the discount you received. When that didn’t work, we even had VRBO call you to confirm you received the discount we promised. It appears that no amount of evidence we could provide including having VRBO walk you through your reservation would satisfy you. We have been hosting guests in this home for many years on various platforms and we have never met a guest who attempted to bully and guilt us into giving them multiple discounts after they booked and before their reservation started. While we wish you the best we can’t recommend hosting you in the future.

Thank you for the positive review and recommendation! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the home and area to be amazing. We love our neighbors and neighborhood too. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
