Constant Tranquility is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach that sleeps 8. This North Myrtle Beach rental is just 4 blocks from the beach. The living area, dining area, kitchen, king bedroom, queen bedroom, one bathroom, and washer/dryer are on the first floor. The 2nd floor has a bathroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. Both bathrooms have a tub and shower combination. This rental has 1 Smart TV in the living area. There is a comfortable covered porch on the house. Pets (1 dog) and motorcycles are allowed. Smoking is not allowed in this house. Students/student groups are not allowed.

This North Myrtle Beach vacation rental home is conveniently located just minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Barefoot Landing is the perfect place to take a leisurely stroll, dine on some fantastic food, and pick up that unique souvenir. The Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Duplin Winery, and Alligator Adventure are some tourists' favorites at Barefoot Landing. Broadway at the Beach has a variety of restaurants, shopping, and kid activities that will take up an entire evening or more. Hollywood Wax Museum, Broadway Grand Prix, Wonder Works, Myrtle Beach Skywheel, Ripleys Aquarium, and Legends in Concert are sure to keep you entertained. Also entertaining are the venues Carolina Opry and Pirates Voyage, where excellent entertainment awaits you.

Needs updating but a/c is ice cold!

The property was okay but was not very clean. There was food splatters on the wall in the dining room. Everything smells musty and there were cobwebs everywhere! You can tell the cleaners don't dust the lamps, the corners, etc. We had to have pest control come while there due to the roaches and spiders. The owners of the property should really spend some money and put in new furniture, fresh paint and update some things. The a/c does blow very cold so that was great! The management company was great to work with and are very responsive. One suggestion would be to add a water hose to the outside spigot so that the sand can be easily rinsed off of beach items and your feet before going in the house. The spigot is on the other side of the side porch and you have to walk across rocks and such to get to it.

Complications and Stay

Our stay was wonderful and this was a very nice house. Loved that the beach was just down the road. There, however, was a screw in the floor going into the kitchen sticking up that someone is going to get hurt on. Also, a step towards the top is very small and gives. It seems to be broken. Someone might get really hurt on that. One more thing. The curtain rod at the door was broken. The piece to it was already in the drawer when we got there. Thanks so much, we had a wonderful time!
