Overall very nice stay! Booked on short notice for a family members service! Wife and kids enjoyed the stay and wife enjoyed sitting on the dock!

We had a wonderful time. Great communication with our host. We had a couple of things that needed dealing with and Patrick was right on top of it.

Not bad. As a professional cleaner I had some suggestions but over all good. View of lake and as amazing. Extra kitchen essentials were nice to have on hand, even had wine glasses. Extra bathroom was nice, but for one thing only. No shower or outlet to get ready. We feel it was a bit pricey for the age, but seemed comparable to area. We are Packer fans so we should have brought our GB blanket. Haha Over all nice place.

If you're looking for a very quaint place, this is it. There is a beautiful view of the lake and has many activities for a family.

Great Time Up North

The property and location were great. The dock, kayaks, and firepit were a huge hit with the family. Bonus points for great neighbors.

Crawford Lake

It was a quiet lake with a beautiful view from the big picture window in a quaint / rustic cottage. All necessary things were included to make for a comfortable stay.

My only complaint: the bedding. We had a fabulous stay. The neighbors were so friendly and made our stay even better. We would buy the house just for the neighbors

Quaint lake house with amazing view!

House was quaint yet well equipped. Everything we needed was provided as far as towels, linens, salt/pepper, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels.

Rustic cottage, perfect for a summer getaway

This is the perfect place to enjoy summer sun on a lake. We stayed during the week and the lake and neighborhood was quiet, rarely any boats on the lake. Great to kayak around. House is typical up north cottage but the portable AC unit and washer/dryer were nice amenities.

Great Location and Property

Everything was great. The house has its own lake front, and my kids greatly enjoyed how easy it was to fish off the dock. The house is fully equipped and accommodated the 5 of us perfectly. It's close to a lot of great northern Michigan locations, and less then 10 minutes from downtown Kalkaska should you need anything

Lovely Cottage

Comfortable space for a family and perfect location for day trips in the area. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Didn't need the A/C but we did use the space heater. We only used 1 of the 2 kayaks but it was easy to find gear in the boat house. Note: property is low-lying and yard may have standing water after a heavy storm.

Great place with a great view! We had a great time in this cozy little cottage on the lake. It was a perfect spot for relaxing by the water and fishing off the pier. Our friends had two young kids with them and they had a blast swimming in the lake right off the pier - it was nice and shallow for them to enjoy it. The neighbors are pretty close, but they were all very nice. We also brought a small boat that we were able to tie up to the dock. One of the bedrooms had a very funky smell to it, but other than that it was a great little place. I would recommend it! The sun room was great to enjoy the view with a morning coffee or cozy up on the couch if it ends up raining and you cannot be outside. Thanks for a great place!

Fishing was good

The cabin served its purpose. There was a musty smell as soon as we walked in. The grass needed cut and the beach for my 6 yr old granddaughter needed to be cleaned up. The cabin definitely needs updates especially the bathroom. The fishing was good and lake shallow. The living room was nice and so was the view. The portable air conditioner did not help keep it cool in back bedroom. My granddaughter enjoyed fishing and swimming.
