This was as advertised. We were in town for 36 hours. The location was perfect and close to everything you could ask for great food close by. Perfect access to the beach. Loved everything about this place. Just wish I could have stayed longer!

It’s a great little spot! The location was perfect for a quick stay with my daughter; we go to the volleyball tournament every year. I had a question about something and Stephanie was quick to get back to me. Solid experience overall!

It was had beautiful views and beach access! We had 3 people and used the Murphy bed and there was plenty of room to walk around. It was walking distance on the promenade to restaurants and shops. There was plenty of on site parking and extra space across a quiet street. Everything you would want in a condo. We enjoyed people watching on the promenade, walking it with the views, and looking at the beautiful ocean for hours!

The condo is exactly as pictured. There is on property parking, great beach access, and beautiful views! The beds were very comfortable, and the unit had everything you need for a great stay including sand toys, extra towels and kitchen supplies. There were a few cleaning issues with the dishwasher and towels that were probably put away damp, and the Internet was very inconsistent (but apparently this is an issue they anticipate resolving with the cabling company in October). The owners were responsive so I suspect they will have everything back in tiptop shape and no time, and we’d be happy to stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback!! We will definitely address the cleaning issue. The internet is one of those issues unfortunately we just cant fix right away and have to wait for the cable company but it is scheduled for Oct. We would love to host you again.

Beautiful beach view, very easy access to the beach and downtown Seaside. Condo was cute in traditional style and felt old timey. internet was spotty and it is very hard to find the first time. would come again in a heart beat

This is the second time we’ve stayed. The view is breathtaking. It’s quiet and well-stocked. My only suggestions are to take apart the dishwasher and throughly clean and get sheet straps to help them stay put. Otherwise, it’s perfect!

Perfect location! The condo is comfy and cozy, with a gorgeous view, and pretty well stocked. Only complaint is the second bathroom door wouldn’t latch shut. We’ll be back in June!

Loved the location, & watching the ocean waves from the balcony. Having a full kitchen & two bathrooms was a plus. Enjoyed the updated furnishings, especially the fireplace, & stress free checking in & out. The owner responded promptly, which was much appreciated.

Great Ocean view, steps from Prominade. The elevator made for easy load in & out, cable TV. Excellent Condo for older couple, comfortable bed & furniture. Well equipped kitchen.

Amazing! The place was perfect, has everything you need. Having two bathrooms was a major plus. Location was perfect, on the beach, walkable to everything. Would definitely stay here again!
