Cozy old camper.The listing is not accurate.Things we think should be mentioned:The drive up to the camper has some steep roads going up and down. The camper is VERY close to the main house. Not much privacy.No outside space for sitting . There are some picnic tables on the property but no sitting area around the camper to enjoy coffee or a meal.No working oven.A lot of improvised wires and electrical.Great hosts and communication.Thanks for the stay.

It’s a CAMPER-and you’re paying for a camper, not a 5-star hotel. As far as the listing not being accurate, the pictures definitely show that the camper is next to the house, but other than the 5-minute orientation to the camper that we give guests, we don’t bother them at all. They have 13 acres to enjoy, with beautiful mountain views, a playground, gas fire pit with benches, etc. As far as the road being steep-you’re in the mountains! We have a well- maintained gravel road that is not hidden by trees, so you can see exactly where you are going. There are folding chairs provided that guests can use to sit outside. No, the oven is not working, but we have a large microwave, stove top and charcoal BBQ. These are the first guests that have complained about that. I have no idea what electrical issues they were talking about, except that campers have a 110v service, and you can’t run too many electrical appliances at the same time without kicking a breaker - again, it’s a CAMPER!

Beautiful Mountain Views

We only stayed for a quick overnight on our way home from a beach trip, but loved staying in the RV, and the kids really enjoyed playing in the pool. Phil and Nancy were very helpful and responsive hosts. We hope to stay again when we are able to spend more time!

Pleasant country getaway-good for kids

We enjoyed our stay. The 5th wheel was clean and well equipped and there's a nice view of the mountains. There was lots to do on the property for kids-a playground, pool, and a fire pit for smores!

Fabulous treat to stay in the 5th wheel with English friends who are seasoned camper vanners. Naci and Phi) could not have been more gracious hosts. Beuatiful views.

Gorgeous views, cozy vibes, friendly hosts

We had a lovely stay here. It was just what we needed for a place to spend a couple of nights while attending a wedding down the road. There was a small issue with the lock on the camper that the hosts immediately remedied. Would recommend!

The Neal’s getaway

Overall fantastic experience! We loved the property! The location is far enough away from the city to feel secluded, but close enough to Asheville, to get there easily and quickly. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Great location close to Weaverville and Asheville but feels like you're far away

This property was a unique find that we thoroughly enjoyed, with ample space for a little one to run around outside. We had the pleasure meeting the owners who are very friendly and attentive. The inside was extremely clean with felt very comfortable and well stocked.

Perfect Weekend Gateway

Nancy and Phil are one of the best. Everything on the property was beautiful and the sunrise from the living area is amazing. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Was an amazing and spacious camper!! The property was amazing for a small family! Pool was great and the playgrounds were awesome. We came down for a travel lacrosse tournament and will be booking it again for our winter league revisit. The property owners were great and really made us feel at home!! They were so accommodating for us and responded instantly to questions or needs we had...truly a wonderful place..worth every cent paid!!
