Beautiful home with so much room for the kids to play and enjoy. The kayaking was so much fun and the backyard is beautifully landscaped. Perfect for a family get away.

This was an amazing place!! We were worried about coming down to TX in August from Minnesota in the heat but this made it so easy. The shady backyard and pool kept our northern butts comfortable all week and the dock made renting a boat easy!So much great space for kids and family to gather. Lots of privacy in the rooms so no one felt on top of each other. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with.We will hopefully be renting again in the future.

The kids had a great time. The property does have trees that deposit tons of leaves that a storm the week we stayed made sure they were down. I had to call for the pool to be cleaned which they came the next day. I would stay again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re so glad to hear the kids had a great time and that you would stay with us again. We appreciate you mentioning the leaves—being surrounded by trees does make for a beautiful setting, but after storms it can definitely lead to extra debris. We’re glad we were able to get the pool cleaned quickly for you and will continue working to stay on top of that, especially after weather. We’d love to host you again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback and we are glad to hear the home was well-maintained! We are sorry to hear the outdoor areas did not meet expectations. We do continuously clean and maintain the exterior spaces and aim to have everything looking its best, but with the surrounding trees and waterfront location, debris and pollen can build up quickly between cleanings, especially this time of year. The pool is serviced weekly, and we will be taking a closer look at timing and upkeep to improve this for future guests.
