Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you otherwise had a great stay and enjoyed the property. We do want to clarify that no concerns regarding the firepit chairs were reported at any point during your stay, which unfortunately you didn’t reach out about. Our post-checkout inspection also did not find any broken chairs in that area. We consistently check in with our guests to ensure everything is meeting expectations, and had anything been brought to our attention, our team would have addressed it right away. We also accommodated a complimentary late checkout, which we were happy to provide. We take pride in maintaining the home and being responsive to our guests, and we encourage all guests to reach out during their stay so we can ensure the best possible experience.

Thank you for your kind review! We're so happy to hear that the space worked perfectly for your family of 7 and that you found everything clean and in great condition. We strive to make sure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and it's wonderful to know we hit the mark. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!
