Cozy waterfront studio with full kitchen

This is a studio apartment in a small two story 6 unit building. It is a very peaceful and quiet spot. It’s located on the water of Fort Lauderdale’s New River and you may relax in the shared patio in back of house to view the water. Their are 4 boats that dock up to back of house and they are lived in as well. The washer and dryer are shared among everyone and are coin operated. They are located in small covered laundry room.

New kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, pots and pans, dishes all provided. Dining table with 4 chairs. Full bath with tub. WiFi and smart tv. King bed, lots of clothes storage and large closet. Couch in room

It’s 5 min drive to downtown Fort Lauderdale with all the restaurants and night life. 10 min drive to beach. 10 min away from Fort Lauderdale airport. 2 min drive to I-95. Very central location. 5 min drive to Walmart. 5 min to grocery store Publix.
Quiet neighborhood with park in walking distance.

Car is easiest way to get around. Parking space provided at house

Nice, quiet, clean little property. Was exactly as advertised. I rated “terrible” for communication because Expedia sent me the wrong check in information (wrong instructions, wrong apartment number, wrong WiFi log in, wrong parking number, etc.). This caused a lot of anxiety and stress at check-in time. Not the hosts fault.

I had a really pleasant time staying at this spot. This property is well kept, Clean, and everything in the unit works. This Studio is equipped with everything you would need for either a short or long stay. A reserved parking spot, full kitchen, utensils, pots and pans for cooking, Kureg coffee machine, dish soap, full size fridge, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, California king size bed, TV, Wifi, tile floors. The unit is a ground floor studio. The area is a very nice side street, Argyle Dr, off Broward Blvd. Very short drive to Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, and bars/clubs. the property is also very close to I-95 if you want to drive to Miami about a 30 minute drive south. There is also a police station right on NE 14th which is right down the road which is very nice. At the back of the property there is a river with docked boats and a nice mosaic table and lush palm trees and foliage to lounge at, a very relaxing area. There is also a dunkin dounghts very close by. Overall a very nice spot with convenience and privacy. Im very happy to have chosen to stay here.

I don’t want to bash this property so I will just give facts and pictures. It’s only for someone on an extremely minimal budget. Parking is extremely tight between cars, meaning cars have to offset spacing so their doors can open into the car parked in space 1 or 3. Usually they give you a scrub mommy sponge to clean dishes. This property left a small 3x4 in blue scrub sponge that was used. Someone left their styrofoam drink cup in the fridge. The closet doors don’t open or close because they are broken. You can hear the neighbors conversations clearly on both sides and people walking around on the ceiling. An assortment of hangers in the closet consisted of small, large, broken, metal, plastic and clips. The glassware needed cleaned. The bed moved every time I got into bed. The window air conditioner blew directly on your face. I decided to turn it off and pulled the screen that was completely filled with dirt. If you don’t have money and need a place to stay in the area of Ft Lauderdale then try it but let me know what you think. It needs to be completely removed.

Had a fantastic stay! The host was responsive and accommodating, the space was clean and exactly as described, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

The company was established in 2014 with the sole purpose of welcoming guests and travelers to experience Fort Lauderdale. Our company is owner operated and we hope to give you a chance to stay in an affordable and functional home in sunny South Florida. We manage several houses/apartments/townhomes in the same neighborhood to ensure we are always nearby and available for our guests. In addition to the owners, we have several support staff including a guest relations manager, maintenance manager and speciality technicians who can be called to help if there is ever any problems. Although communication is always available , we prefer a hands off method and provide self check in and support through messaging so you never even have to call if you don't want to.
