Excellent place to stay while working thru a health issue at Mayo. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and washer/dryer was very handy.

The property was very nice and clean. Very good location. We did have to pay an extra 20 for parking as the garage is a very tight squeeze and we have a small vehicle. A larger vehicle would definitely not fit. The hostess was extremely helpful with all my questions.

This is a great place to stay. Very clean and has everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances we needed. The bedrooms are very spacious and having 2 full bathrooms was great! Even though there was only 2 of us!!

Beautiful, well-organized rental in a convenient location. The apartment was bright and cheerful, and the kitchen was stocked with all the tools one could need. Communication was excellent throughout and made the check-in process a breeze. Having a garage parking spot was a huge bonus, too. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for our stay while our son was at Mayo. The house is beautifully finished and furnished. We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the house, but could see that the kitchen was very well furnished and the beds were very comfortable.

This house is spotless clean and very close to Mayo. The road construction is terrible in the area so it's nice to be able to park and walk everywhere or there are many shuttle options.

This is an absolute wonderful place for 2-4 people. High end finishes and spotless. It’s an ideal place to stay relative to the St Mary’s campus. On site parking, and the walk ability to grocery and restaurants are a significant bonus-parking is a nightmare in and around Mayo. I already have another stay booked at this property.

When checking in, the cleaners were still working on cleaning the property up from the previous stay. Having two babies with us that needed naps, it was frustrating to have to wait for the cleaners to finish. Once they left I realized that there was no travel crib as the listing had stated there was. The host did end up dropping off a pack n play, but it was frustrating to have to ask (and wait for it) after the host requested very specific details on the guests that would be staying at the property upon booking. However, it became very clear very quickly that most correspondence was copy and pasted for all of their visitors. Between the deposit that was requested for the stay (if you didn't want to pay per person for insurance instead) and the cleaning requirements (even when charged a substantial cleaning fee), I understand why so many people are going back to hotel stays.

Perfect for our Mayo Clinic visit

Clinic visits can be stressful to say the least. Oasis Luxe Suite made our evenings relaxing. Wonderful stay.

Clean property-convenient location for mayo patients

This was a perfect stay for us during our son’s Mayo Clinic appointments. Very clean with lots of modern luxuries and amenities. Lots of awesome communication with the host making check in and check out seamless.

Walk to Mayo

My husband and I had appointment for several days at Mayo Clinic. This apartment was a comfortable place to stay. It is a 10 minute walk through a beautiful neighborhood to the main Mayo building.

Convenient to Mayo

Safe and convenient location a few blocks from Mayo, grocery stores and restaurants. Communication was great if we had any questions or concerns. We enjoyed the lime scooters and bikes for additional transportation! We will definitely stay here again!

Downtown and comfortable

We enjoyed this place. We had no complaints. The property was well maintained. Everything worked. The garage was especially nice to have a spot near downtown. I had the master bedroom with my own bathroom. Convienent and comfortable.

Very clean rental with well stocked kitchen. Good directions for entry and responsive host. Nice, quiet neighborhood safe for walking. There is limited parking at Mayo Clinic and so much construction that the easy 10 minute walk was a great option! Overall great experience and would stay there again. 5 stars.
